    A bit claustrophobic...
    The location, it is really just a one minute walk to the beach. The private garden is really nice. While we never met the owner, communication was nice and there was a bottle of cider in the fridge
    Overall, we didn't like the apartment - it is on the ground floor, but pretty much feels like a basement. The ceilings are only 2,15 m high, so it feels claustrophobic. The toilet needs renovation. The place feels damp and you are asked to leave the ventilation on all the time.

    Superb
    Excellent location for a weekend without the car. A quiet tree lined avenue, very close to the beach and to excellent boulangerie and little supermarket. It was a nice 30 minute stroll along the beach and/or seafront to the old town and causeway to the little fort at low tide, and to walk out to the headland and beaches to the east also. Very nice ground floor apartment, quiet for sleeping, with light and airy kitchen diner, and access to pretty little garden with garden furniture for nice leisurely breakfasts outside after an early trip to the patisserie! Very spacious for family of three (although kitchen/lounge/diner may feel a little small for 6 people). The owner Sophie was very friendly and available when needed, and on request she allowed us to come into the apartment early after our morning ferry which was much appreciated and enabled us to recover from a rough crossing before having an extended breakfast and getting ready to enjoy the day! Merci bien Sophie, si nous retournons en st malo, nous esperons de rester chez vous encore une fois! Kirsty and family

    Nice stay, good apartment
    Nice apartment next to the city center and two minutes walk to the beach. We didn't meet the host Sophie in person, but she was very helpful via Whatsup.
    The apartment would surely benefit from a renovation.

    Adresse à conserver ABSOLUMENT
    La situation géographique, le rez de jardin, la grande pièce avec accès à la terrasse, les chambres bien séparées, le calme. La disponibilité de l'hôte à la moindre question. Pour ceux qui veulent bénéficier des Thermes, sans s'y loger, c'est l'Idéal, effectivement. appartement idéal pour 2 couples et 2 enfants , ou 1 couple avec 4 enfants. 1 batterie de cuisine comme à la maison. Sans oublier tous les commerces à 50m: le Carrefour Market, 2 boulangeries, un fromager, 2 traiteurs: 1 italien et 1 thaï....la pharmacie
    le jardin est un peu bohème peut être et le ménage n'est pas fait à la " pince à épiler" ! perso, j'aurais changé certains convecteurs , plus modernes. Les anciens fonctionnent bien, mais ceux " dernière génération" devraient moins consommer.
