About this apartment rental

Very quiet apartment on the ground floor completely renovated in 2018, including 2 bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom.
The 1st bedroom has a large double bed and 2 bunk beds on the street side but set back, little noise.
The second a double bed with window on privative garden and closed extremely calm.
The living room includes a kitchen area and a lounge / dining room.
The garden is closed, private and oriented south (no wind), set garden available.
TV and free wifi.
High chair and cot available and a chair booster for children.

Beach Sillon, Thermes Marins and sailing school Surf School are 200 m (2 streets to cross).
All amenities nearby: bakery, medium surface, pharmacy, Italian caterer, excellent cheese, several restaurants. Bus stop to go to intra-Muros without having to park at 50 m from the apartment or to count 20-25 minutes on foot. Rocabey Market or Paramé on Saturday morning (and other days on weekdays) at 5-10 minutes by car.

    The apartment was in a great location near to the beach and key shops (supermarket, two boulangerie, and a pharmacy) and was clean. The walled garden is also charming and a great spot for a picnic or to relax with a cup of tea. Parking outside the apartment was usually available.The owner was very helpful and quick to respond when we had queries. The Breton cider and biscuits that she left for us were a nice touch. There was also a folder with useful information in English.The only negative issues were the slight smell of damp in the flat, and the airer was broken which made it tricky to dry large beach towels. St Malo is a lovely town and a great place for a holiday.

She was quick to respond to any questions and left treats for us and the kids. The house had basic essential which was nice. Will definitely stay here again!

    Sophie was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. She greeted us at the property on arrival and explained everything that was necessary. The apartment was very clean and modern and had everything we needed (appliances, utensils etc). It was nice bonus to have wi-fi, a lovely private garden and spacious living area. It was ideal for us with two small children. Sophie also left some food basics and a bottle of local Cidre. There was a carrefour supermarket and nice patisserie bedside us. The beach is a short walk and the old town is 25 minutes walk, or 5 minute drive. I also felt it was good value. I had looked at the old town but it was too expensive with no parking. Overall we were very happy with our stay over 4 nights and would recommend it. Thanks Padraig & Carole, Ireland
