About this house rental
The house is comfortable 800 meters from the marine thermal baths. The area is quiet and friendly.
The wooded and exotic garden invites you to a relaxing holiday.
Close to all amenities, you can walk to the Rocabey market.
You also have supermarkets (Intermarché and Carrefour Market), a newspaper vendor, bakery and pharmacy nearby.
Access to the train station is a 15-minute walk away.
The rental price includes utilities such as water, electricity and heating.
You have the option of renting sheets, towels and kitchen linen as well as the cleaning package on your departure.
We will be happy to welcome you on Saturdays from 15:00.
Departures are no later than 10:00 a.m.
Description of the house:
The living room includes a fitted kitchen (with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator with a freezer part and a living room equipped with a smart TV with home cinema (DVDs are at your disposal).
For the kitchen part, you also have small appliances such as thermos coffee maker, nespresso, kettle, toaster, pancake party, raclette machine, waffle iron.
On the first floor you also have two bedrooms:
One equipped with a bed of 140, the other with 2 beds of 90.
Also on the first floor,
a separate toilet,
a bathroom with a walk-in shower
And a garage used as a storeroom including washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. You can park bicycles or motorbikes there.
Upstairs, you will discover:
1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and an office area.
1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
1 mezzanine inviting you to rest where books, comics and games for children are at your disposal.
You will be seduced by the garden where you will find sun loungers, garden furniture and armchairs.
2 barbecues are available, one gas, the other charcoal.
And for the happiness of your children, a small privateer's hut

Lovely house and beautiful, private garden. Lots of seating in the garden which is perfect as we could follow the sun all day and evening! We were greeted by the owner's parents who were delightful! So welcoming and helpful showing us around the property. The accommodation has everything I think anyone could possible want! Although we didn't have children there was masses of toys and games to keep them amused too! We are not beach people so it was only by luck we walked up to the beach which was beautiful and we were able to walk along the sea front all the way into St Malo. A must do!

Great house & yard. Walkable to everything: beach, city center, train station, groceries, restaurants, etc.. Very accommodating owners, peaceful street. Full equipped kitchen, really just a wonderful experience for 5 weeks!

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen, die uns die wichtigsten Informationen zu dem super eingerichteten Haus, dem wunderbaren Garten und der tollen Stadt gaben, so dass wir uns sofort zurechtfanden und sehr wohlfühlten. Ein neuer Supermarkt ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der Plage de Sillon etwa in 10 - 15 min. Der Weg in die Innenstadt ist besonders über den Strand immer ein Erlebnis. Obwohl die Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt liegt, ist es dort sehr ruhig, so dass wir gut entspannen konnten.
