About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this duplex flat for rent in Saint-Malo, set in a small Belle Époque-era granite block, right next to Sillon beach.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), with a floor area of 50 m² and sleeping up to 4 guests, it comprises a sitting area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Four-star hotel-quality linen is provided, with the beds made up on your arrival. We’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- An entrance hall with armchairs and a walk-in wardrobe
- A dining area with a table and four chairs
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Upstairs:
- A sitting area with a sofa, TV and sea view from the skylight
- A sleeping area with two single beds (90 x 200)
For even greater comfort, you’ll have access to the following additional facilities: dishwasher, hairdryer, and washer-dryer.
The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the Rocabey market, just a 10-minute walk away, held every Thursday and Saturday.
Neighbourhood and activities:
- Walks, sports and other activities are within easy reach.
- You can also enjoy the SAINT-MALO THERMES MARINS (600 metres away), gourmet restaurants and local shops.
- A beautiful location, facing the main beach at Saint-Malo with sea views, where you can admire the ebb and flow of the tides.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public on-street car parks.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo station, about a 17-minute walk (1.2 km) – Bus route 5, ‘PASTEUR’ stop
- Nearest airport: Rennes Airport, about 1 hour’s drive (76.1 km)

- Travel cot and high chair available (please request these when booking; we will set up the travel cot for you. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide a mattress other than the one already included with the travel cot. Please feel free to bring your own if you wish).

- End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as washing up and tidying away crockery or taking out the rubbish.

- self-check-in: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located 450 metres from the station and a 15-minute walk from the accommodation, or a 5-minute drive away; the nearest bus stop to the Keycafé is ‘Sécurité Sociale’ (lines 2 and 8).
- a face-to-face welcome: in this case, you’ll be met on site by the Cocoonr team, who’ll show you round the flat and hand over the keys.

Les Vigies The place is amazing and perfectly located and the staff were always very responsive and helpful even though we had to change our arrival time. They also mailed my passport to me when I left it behind. All around great place and people and would highly recommend!
