About this apartment rental

Cocoonr offers this duplex flat for rent in Saint-Malo, in a small Belle Époque granite building right next to the Sillon beach. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), this 50 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and comprises a lounge area, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- Entrance hall with armchairs and dressing room.
- Dining area with table and 4 chairs.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- A shower room with shower and WC

First floor:
- A sitting area with sofa, TV and sea view from the velux window
- A sleeping area with two single beds (90X200)

For even greater comfort, the following additional facilities are available: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the Rocabey market, just a 10-minute walk away every Thursday and Saturday.
Neighbourhood and activities :
- Walks, sports and other activities are all within easy reach.
- You can also take advantage of the SAINT-MALO THERMES MARINS (600 metres away), gourmet restaurants and local shops.
- Very good location, facing the great beach of SAINT-MALO with sea view where you can admire the rhythm of the tides.

Transport links :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public car parks on the street.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo train station, about 17 minutes' walk (1.2 km) - Bus line 5, stop “PASTEUR”.
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 1 hour's drive (76.1 km)

- Cot and booster seat available (on request when you book, we can install a cot for your baby. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide a mattress, apart from the one already included with the cot. Feel free to bring your own if you wish).

- End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and putting away dishes or taking out the rubbish.

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :

- independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 9 Ave Jean Jaurès, 450m from the station and a 15-minute walk from the flat or 5 minutes by car from the bus stop closest to the Keycafé ‘Sécurité Sociale’, lines 2 and 8.

- a physical reception: in this case, you will be welcomed on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the flat and give you the keys.
