We especially appreciated the proximity to the sea and local attractions. It was so much better than staying in a regular hotel. Everything was just right, and we’d gladly return. Excellent property in Saint-Malo

It was an excellent stay. The property is in a wonderful state: very spacious, new, spotless, and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed (even a knife for oysters is provided). The bed is comfortable. Wifi is fast and reliable. The location is perfect, very close to the sea and the city centre. It is a very quiet place, no noises in the night. The check-in was smooth and quick. The communication with the managers of the property was straightforward, but we did not need it during our stay. We highly recommend this property for a perfect stay in Saint-Malo.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement lumineux bien situé.

Très bon accueil de Claire. Le logement était propre, lumineux, bien agencé et très bien équipé. La décoration soignée. L’emplacement idéal proche de l’intra muros permet de tout faire à pied. La voiture était garée gratuitement dans une rue proche de l’appartement durant tout le séjour. Le logement est dans une rue très calme. La literie confortable est de bonne qualité.

La posizione é ottima.

Ho prenotato due notti per me, mia moglie e mio figlio di 7 anni, al momento di preparare il divano letto, mi sono accorto che non c'erano né federe né coprimaterasso. Oltretutto il piumino era macchiato di rosso e un altro si riserva era sporco. Quindi la prima notte ho dormito in una situazione precaria. Di per sé questa cosa non é accettabile nelle strutture 2 stelle figuriamoci in quelle che vengono spacciate per 5 stelle. Un'altra cosa che non mi é piaciuta é che il cassonetto della spazzatura viene piazzato proprio sotto il balcone, e la puzza sale a tal punto da non poter aprire le finestre. Insomma una piccola delusione per quello che ho pagato.
