About this house rental

Ideally located, rent an independent house of 60 m2 in the heart of Saint-Malo, 5 mins walk from the train station, 15 mins walk from the privateer town, 10 mins walk from the large beach of the train path, close to all shops and market, Rocabey district.

Description
It consists of a main room including a living room (TV & WIFI), a small equipped kitchen (washing machine, fridge, microwave, etc.), 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with wc, a small office, an enclosed garden (80m2) with a table and 4 chairs (1 barbecue), a space for the vehicle is possible in the dead end (otherwise a large free parking is at the end of the dead end).

Freshly renovated and decorated, bright, it is located at the end of a very quiet little dead end, facing south, with a sunny garden all afternoon. Very pleasant.

Duvets and pillows are provided. Fitted sheets and pillowcases (quilts, pillows) are to be brought.


A deposit check of 150 € is requested at the entrance to the premises and returned at the end of the stay.
