Great place for overnight stop (or longer) before getting the morning ferry.

Clean and simple, quiet location close to town centre and beach. We easily found parking on the street. Loved the old wooden staircase up to our 2nd floor apartment and the mural. We didn’t use the bikes available but would have done had we stayed longer.

Didn’t get check instructions until just before we arrived. Would have been less stressful to get them sooner. However, quick communication from the owner on all occasions.

Lovely property; very small apartment yet excellently designed with everything you could need for an overnight stay. Very clean and brightly furnished.

We couldn’t close the curtains in the living room where my daughter was sleeping and the street lights were quite bright.

A wonderful apartment in a very central location - so convenient you can walk wherever you need to.

Very centrally located, clean and spacious the apartment offered us everything we could possibly need. The shower was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable.

The property is on the second floor, so that is worth considering.

Relieved that our stay here was so short ...

The location, in a quiet street near to St Malo ferry terminal, is the only redeeming feature of this apartment. Oh, and easy parking.

Communication with the owner was poor - he only let us know important information about the apartment a couple of hours before we were due to arrive. If we had had no internet access en route we would have been stranded. The owner had already told us that we would not be able to get in before 7pm, even though the booking.com website says arrival can be between 3pm and 10pm, and we had accepted that. The website information needs to be accurate. There is a kitchenette, but the convection hob refused to work and there are no instructions. Ditto the television, which only offers options in Spanish and won't show any channels. The Wifi instructions give only the code, and not which of several available servers it connects to - it took several tries to ascertain the correct one. The cupboard with plates and cups is very high up and difficult to reach, and apart from the light above the cooker there is no light to wash up by. There was a duvet cover on the bed, but the duvet (in a cupboard in the bedroom) hadn't been put into it. Really sloppy. Our overall impression is that the owner doesn't care much about his apartment or his guests.

Perfect stay

I loved the apartment, it was super clean, fully equipped, looks even nicer in reality than on photos. It's 5 mins from the beach, the neuighbourhood was so nice and calm. The host was very kind and was helpful and responsive. Perfect stay, would definitely recommend.
