A perfect and comfortable apartment and a good base to explore beautiful St Malo!

Lovely and clean and well-appointed for a short stay. Cool in the hot summer weather and ideally located in a quiet part of St Malo, but with everything within walking distance.

Close to town, clean but the stairs and no bathroom by the bedrooms made this a place better suited for backpackers.

All the stairs, to the floor. Impossible for heavy or older person. The stairs to the bedrooms were dangerous at and …the bathroom was down the dangerous stairs from the bedroom.

Very good

The apartment was comfortable, clean and well organised. The sofa bed was a useful addition because our two children decided that they did not want to share. The decoration was stylish and beds were comfortable.

I appreciate that this is out of the owners hands but the main staircase into the building was dark and difficult to move up and down, in addition, the main door was broken from the inside and the solution seemed to be to leave it off the latch.

Lovely family weekend break

Quiet and pretty, and not to far to walk to the beach and shops (and we had a 5 and 8 year old with us!). Loved the cosy bedrooms in the loft.

The location is great -10 minutes walk to St Malo intra muros. Pleasant view on the port. Fairly big bathroom. Easy check in with the box next to the apartment entrance door

Somewhat surprising at first glance as the building entrance door gives in a VERY OLD, creaking and somewhat unsafe staircase. The apartment is on the second floor (small staircase). More stuff to clean (sponges, cleaning sprays) would be nice.

Cozy living at a good price, a few steps to the center of the fortifications with many good restaurants and a beautiful sunset. Very good communication with the host for information and instructions on the stay.

Plesent appartment

The access to the appartment is difficult , it is an old building with the small and narrow stears until 2ed floor. There is no privite parking and charging of staffs can be challanging if you are coming with a car as in the street in front, there is almost never free place to park. I would not recomendad it for the familiy with the small kids .

Schöne Maisonettewohnung mit guter Ausstattung. 15 min zu Fuß zur Altstadt von Saint Malo. Danke für die Empfehlung der Pizzeria! Parken in der Straße war uns zu eng. Kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz direkt um die Ecke. Tipp für kostenlosen Parkplatz war auch sehr gut!

Saint Malo en fin promenadstad med fransk charm.

Närheten till Intra Muros och Saint Servan om man promenerade. Fransk turistmiljö och vänliga människor, fast inte alla kan tala engelska. Intra Muros är intressant ur historiskt perspektiv, ringgmuren kan man promenera på. Badstränder vid Intra Muros och Saint Servan med ebb och flod. Saint Servans strand ligger västerut från boendet.

För få diskhanddukar, för få toalettpappersrullar och den smala trappan upp till sovrummen i lägenheten är svår att gå i om man har problem med att gå i trappor. De 2 smala trapporna upp till lägeneheten i huset, gör att man måste ha lätt bagage att bära upp.

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung, gut für einen Städtetrip

Sehr gemütliche kleine Maisonette-Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße. Wir hatten Glück und konnten direkt dort parken – es scheint aber auch Parkplätze in der Nähe zu geben. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und reagiert schnell. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Bis zum Stadtzentrum läuft man circa 15-20 Minuten. Für uns war’s eine gute Wahl!

l'absence de stationnement réservé. les parkings proches toujours complets et payants. Impossible de se garer. Il n'y a pas de freezer ni de petit congélateur dans le logement c'est dommage.

Sa proximité avec St Malo intra muros, parking gratuit dans la rue ou vraiment très peu cher en haut de la rue

Chambre à 2 lits vraiment seulement pour des enfants car pas d’espace du tout entre les lits ni au bout du lit pour passer pour des adultes, et le canapé-lit même avec un sur matelas n’est pas confortable
