I cannot recommend the appartment and I wonder why Booking.com advertised it

Cleaniness

The arrangement of the appartment: - The promised sea view was a narrow view through other houses - the main view outside the window is neighbor house roofs - 2 bed rooms, but each of them a walk-through room - The bathroom has no toilette, and the toilette room has no sink - The entrance smelled awfull since the trash is stored in the staircase

Well equipped, quiet location.

Sold for 5 persons in a 4 bed appartment (extra mattress on the floor). Only one set of keys (later provided), layout difficult with guests having to cross bedrooms to access toilet or shower room. Quite smelly bins wafting up from the hallway. Window jammed shut impeding shutter operation.

Everything was really fine. Only a minor point for improvement is that there was no place to put the soap at the wall during taking a shower.

The apartment was spacious and very clean with lovely views from all living and bedroom windows. It was very well equipped to a high standard. We found the staff helpful and very professional with regular emails and texts leading up to and on the day of arrival to make sure someone was there at the right time to meet us.

The only downside was the absence of a sink in the toilet. It wouldn’t have been an issue if the toilet was next to the bathroom but you had to walk through two bedrooms to get to the bathroom sink (kitchen sink was nearer but didn’t want to use that). If a small sink could be plumbed in here somehow it would be perfect! One other tiny thing - there was only one key and no doorbell so if someone wanted to go out alone, or someone wanted to stay in it made it a bit awkward as the outside door had to be locked (got wet a couple of times waiting for teenage son to come and open the door for us... 🙄😁).

Agréable séjour

Appartement très lumineux, ensoleillé, propre et très bien équipé. très agréable. TB emplacement près du bord de mer et à 20mn à pieds de st Malo intramuros. Petits restos sympas à proximité.

Même si globalement nous avons été ravis de séjourner dans cet appartement , quelques suggestions d'amélioration : un écran TV un petit peu plus grand et des stores aux fenêtres des chambres seraient un plus
