Een aantal voorzieningen, vooral in de badkamer, kunnen wat onderhoud gebruiken. We hebben de host geïnformeerd.

Localisation exceptionnelle : commerces à proximité, le marché 5 min à pied, lignes de bus à proximité, intra muros à 15 min à pied, la cité d’Alet à 10 min et plage des bas sablons à 5 min à pied.

Les poêles et casseroles ne sont pas en très bon état.

Bathroom smelt of damp and drains and permeated the whole flat,it needed ventilation. There wasn't any curtain on the bedroom window only a manual dirty roller shutter,which let light through making it difficult to sleep. Building work was in progress,see photos. Scaffolding covered the whole building with dust and concrete debris on the balcony / terrace which made it very messy,noisy from the contractors starting work at 8 am each morning,making it impossible to sit on the terrace. The astro turf was hanging over the railings ! She even said at the key handover 'I don't suppose you'll want to sit out there' It was the only outside space to sit. Parking was limited outside because of the scaffolding and the contractors vans, and we were not informed of this building work by the host prior to our arrival and after booking which was a last minute booking,and she would have known of this maintenance work,there was a sign outside!
