The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming flat for rent in Saint-Malo, less than a kilometre from the beach. It measures 39 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room (with shower). Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The different rooms in the flat are spread over two levels (duplex flat).
On the ground floor, you’ll find:
– A large entrance hall with a wardrobe.
– A 22 m² living area with a double sofa bed (140x190) and a dining area.
– A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A separate toilet.
On the first floor, you will find:
– A sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200).
– A shower room with a shower.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan and iron.
