Cocoonr agency offers this 35 m² flat for rent in St Malo, St Servan area, on the ground floor of a small condominium. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises a lounge, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. Wifi access included: the speed is not suitable for teleworking (4 Mb/s).

- Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey: 25 minutes' walk from the flat; 5 minutes' drive.
