Listed as max of 4 people but it was cozy for my wife and I. Could use some comfortable chairs (it had 2 beach chairs that were in the rooms - photos show one of them on the deck). Parking spot only fits subcompact - we parked on street because car didn't fit in the garage. The person that let us in didn't speak English so we didn't get directions on accessing wifi or using the microwave until we emailed owner (recommend having written directions in French and English; leave directions for microwave out in view). Since we don't have phone that works in Europe, it was very difficult to connect with her on arrival. But lots of positives about the place: very easy walk to train station, market, seashore and Old City. Nice little balcony for meals and drinks. Building is very quiet and clean. Room is clean with great electronic shades.

Great stay in this nice and cozy apartment. Full equiped kitchen with cooking facilities : microwaves, silent dishwashing, kettle, toaster, NESPRESSO coffee maker ... Very good location of the apartment close to the beach and the old town. And the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Highly recommend !

L appartement est très bien situé. 10mn du front de mer et de la plage. 20 à 25 de Saint malo intra-muros par ce mer front de mer. Très agréable. Appartement très propre et très fonctionnel. Je ne vous rien a dite de mal. La propriétaire de l appartement est tres réactive et vous donne de bon conseil. Ainsi que Samuel qui vous accueille. Voilà. J espère que vous passerez un aussi bon séjour que nous bien que trop court. Merci pour tout

L appartement se trouve dans un immeuble moderne dans le centre de St.Malo. proche de la gare, de l intra muros et de la plage. L appart offre tout ce qu il faut pour une ou deux personnes, tres moderne, pratique et decore avec gout Il correspond entierement a la description et aux photos.

Appartement très bien agencé, la terrasse est un plus, rien ne manque la propriétaire à pensé à tout tant au niveau de la cuisine( vaisselle, appareils ménagers, de plus tout est de qualité, il en est de même dans la salle de bain). Ce qui est fort appréciable également et que l'on ne retrouve jamais dans d'autres locations, ce sont les produits ménagers à disposition, les dosettes de café, les produits de première nécessité etc....L accueil par Samuel très bien il est à l'écoute et très réactif. L'appartement se situe à 10 minutes à pied de la grande plage du sillon, pour faire les courses tout est à proximité. Je recommande cette location. Fabienne

Nous avons passé deux jours avec mon compagnon dans l’appartement de Cynthia, tout était très bien. De la communication avant mon arrivée, jusqu’à l’accueil réservé par Samuel et la flexibilité de notre départ. L’appartement est conforme aux photos, très propre, bien situé et l’espace extérieur est agréable. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette appartement, très bien situé, près de la gare, des commerces de proximité et de la ville intra-muros. Il est confortable, moderne et bien équipé. Notre hôtesse et ses mandataires nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et ont su répondre à nos besoins. De plus, les communications ont été excellentes à toutes les étapes de cette transaction. Bei unserer Ankunft in der Wohnung waren wir sehr erstaunt: im Schlafzimmer war der Kleiderschrank als solcher nur auf kleinster Fläche für unsere Kleidung benutzbar, die Fächer waren vollgestopft mit Decken und Kissen – wir hätten aus dem Koffer leben müssen. Ebenso waren im Bad die vier Regalkörbe und der Waschtischunterschrank vollgepackt mit Handtüchern, Kosmetika, Putzmitteln usw. – es gab keinen Platz für unsere Sachen. Nachdem wir eine entsprechende Rückmeldung gegeben haben, wurden zwei Körbe im Bad und vier Fächer im Kleiderschrank geräumt. Die Küche war nicht besonders sauber, das kleine Sofa empfinden wir als äußerst unbequem, außer im Schlafzimmer hängen überall nackte Glühbirnen unter der Decke und auf dem Balkon kann nur derjenige sitzen, dem reger Verkehrslärm nichts ausmacht ... die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Kreuzung. Immerhin ist der Lärmpegel bei geschlossenen Fenstern gering. Trotz freundlicher Begrüßung haben wir uns als Gäste in dieser Wohnung nicht willkommen gefühlt. Wir hoffen, dass diese Bewertung dazu beiträgt, dass u.a. geschaut wird, welche Sachen tatsächlich in einer Ferienwohnung vorhanden sein sollten und welche nicht.

Nous ne connaissions pas St Malo et nous avons été enchantés par cet appartement très agréable et fonctionnel où rien ne manque et qui est décoré avec goût. Intra-muros est accessible à pieds de même que la plage. Le temps a été magnifique tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.

tres bonne location tres bien placée ,residence calme ,proche des commerces ,de la plage,il y a tout ce qu il faut pour passer un bon sejour, et le plus, le box pour la voiture tres pratique.C est la première fois que je suis dans une location où les produits d entretien sont à disposition et il y a ce qu il faut !
