very unpleasant experience of staying in this place

property is decent，location is ok

the owner does not provide sheets and towers unless you pay 25 Euros. This is absurd! With 25 Euros one can buy sheets and towers. the owner also gives us option to clean the apartment ourselves to avoid 10Euro cleaning fee. This is very unprofessional, one should not rely on guests to do good cleaning. I would not feel comfortable staying in place not cleaned by professionals

Clean, well furnished, and brilliant location.

The sofa bed was comfortable but very squeaky when we moved - it woke up my children next door! Toilet seat needs tightening - was a bit wobbly.

Some prior information about the pay carpark outside the apartment would have been helpful and the App that was required in order to 'Pay by Phone'. Also it may be helpful to have access to fan as it can get very warm. Otherwise it was excellent value for money.

They asked us to pay 20 euros for the cleaning of the room or else clean it ourselves even though we stayed only for one night. They let us know of this fact about a week before we went there and after we had payed for the room so we didn't have an option to change accommodation.

Propreté exécrable, comme en atteste les photos Crasse dans la Sdb, poubelle avec détritus des locataires précédents, sol sale, bac à couvert gras et sale Même pas un sac de poubelle à disposition pour la cuisine et la sdb Même pas une capsule de café pour l’accueil. Très peu d’équipements ce qui est dommage L’appartement est juste au dessus d’un parking et il y avait bcp de bruits et de nuisances nocturnes (bagarre, et personnes stationnées discutant forts à toute heure) Nous avons contacté la conciergerie qui devait nous dédommager pour le ménage et à ce jour nous n’avons jamais rien reçu.

El precio que aparece en la oferta en Booking no es cierto. Después te informan que si quieres sábanas y toallas debes de pagar por ellas 15€, como si cuando una se va de vacaciones se llevara sus sábanas y toallas como hace 60 años. Pagas por sábanas y toallas que han perdido el color de tanto lavarlas, viejas y sucias. Lo más indignante es que además te informan que si no limpias el apartamento para los próximos huéspedes debes pagar 10€ más. Esos 10 y 15€ debes dejarlos en efectivo en el alojamiento en el check out, sin ningún justificante del pago que pueda demostrar que lo has pagado porque no hay ningún responsable del apartamento ni en el check in ni check out. Adjunto imágenes de cómo nos encontramos el apartamento, vergonzosamente SUCIO. Pero te piden que pagues por limpiar cuando no lo recibes limpio, sábanas manchadas, baño sucio y con moho, suelos que no habían sido barridos en siglos, polvo. La escoba daba asco tocarla. Pues aún así hemos dejado el apartamento mejor de lo que lo encontramos y recibo un mensaje que nos van a cobrar por la limpieza (dejé los 15€ de las sábanas pero no los de la limpieza). Además en las condiciones del apartamento indica que hay WIFI y en el folleto explicativo en el apartamento también aparece. Pues ni rastro de la red indicada. Todavía estoy esperando que los responsables del apartamento me respondan sobre este aspecto. La App no me deja adjuntar todas las fotografías que tomé de la suciedad

Sentiment mitigé

Nous avons aimé la localisation, les échanges avec les propriétaires avant notre arrivée et le système d'arrivée en autonomie.

Nous étions 4 personnes, juste 2 dosettes de café, pas de thé, fin de rouleau de papier wc mais pas de rouleau d'avance, le canapé convertible qui est bien juste comme canapé mais pas comme lit. Ce logement est bien pour 2 mais pas pour 4 personnes.

Joli et très bien situé

Lumineux, confortable et bien décoré, l'emplacement est très bien pour visiter la ville et ses environs avec des rues où on peut se garer gratuitement. L'entrée se fait facilement et il y a des commerces essentiels tout autour.

Nous aurions eu besoin d'une rallonge avec prise multiple pour brancher cafetière, grille-pain ou bouilloire en même temps. Une 2e lampe de chevet éventuellement. (L'autre ne marchait pas).

Agréable séjour

Appartement joliment décoré et tres propre. Endroit très calme. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut (dosettes de café, thé, éponge, gel douche...). Nous n'avons pas rencontré les propriétaires mais ils ont été très clairs dans les instructions pour récupérer la clé. Très réactifs par message. Bien situé, à quelques minutes de la plage en voiture.
