Great apartment, modern, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Good wifi.Good location to visit St Malo and area. The host and agent were efficient and helpful. Good communication and helpful when we asked to change our arrival time at short notice.It was easy to park nearby and there were good restaurants within walking distance. Las Cebuanas across the street does great Philipino food. Nice short walk to lovely Sillon beach. Also near to the Intra Muros for a fantastic walk around the town ramparts.

Listed as max of 4 people but it was cozy for my wife and I. Could use some comfortable chairs (it had 2 beach chairs that were in the rooms - photos show one of them on the deck). Parking spot only fits subcompact - we parked on street because car didn't fit in the garage. The person that let us in didn't speak English so we didn't get directions on accessing wifi or using the microwave until we emailed owner (recommend having written directions in French and English; leave directions for microwave out in view). Since we don't have phone that works in Europe, it was very difficult to connect with her on arrival. But lots of positives about the place: very easy walk to train station, market, seashore and Old City. Nice little balcony for meals and drinks. Building is very quiet and clean. Room is clean with great electronic shades.

Great stay in this nice and cozy apartment. Full equiped kitchen with cooking facilities : microwaves, silent dishwashing, kettle, toaster, NESPRESSO coffee maker ... Very good location of the apartment close to the beach and the old town. And the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Highly recommend !
