We had only a few days in St Malo and it happened to be holiday weekend! The host spoke excellent English, was waiting for us on arrival, and couldn’t have been more helpful. Everything was as promised. The apartment was extremely quiet, though only a short walk to the “hustle & bustle” of St-Malo. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This property is very well located just outside of the walled city of Saint Malo. It was very neat and clean and the owner was very responsive to our needs. It was in a safe neighborhood and there is a grocery store within walking distance as well as an open market on Thursday and Saturday.

Well located for the Intramuros and beach front. Very well equipped including washing machine and tumble drier! Very clean and some lovely welcoming touches. Had a balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun. Very short walk to all local amenities. Whilst it did not have a sea view just a few minutes walk. Would highly recommend. Gerard and Anita could not have been more helpful. Very stylish interior. Would visit again!

L'appartement loué pendant 15 jours à St Malo quartier Rocabey est idéalement situé. Cet appartement correspond en tout point à l'annonce, propreté, accès wifi, électroménager, literie, salle de bain tout est parfait. La proximité à pied avec les petits commerces (tabac, presse, boulangerie, Intermarché, etc...), proche de la Gare et de la grande Plage du Sillon et de l'Intra Muros en longeant la côte en 10 minutes à pied. Séjour parfait, hôtes accueillants et disponibles, M. et Mme HOUSSAIS au plaisir de revenir à St Malo.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement fonctionnel, très propre, au calme et très bien situé. Nous avons pu découvrir st Malo intra muros à 10 mn à pied via sa magnifique plage mais aussi Cancale, Dinan, Dinard qui ne sont qu'à quelques kilomètres et tout aussi belles. Bref malgré le temps nous sommes conquis par cette merveilleuse région. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Ruhig gelegene kleine FeWo, sehr schön und sauber. Wir haben immer einen kostenfreien Parkplatz auf der Straße gefunden. Sehr nette Vermieter. Einziger Schwachpunkt ist die nicht ausreichende Lüftung des Badezimmers. Sonst perfekt und gerne wieder.

Die Anreise hat gut geklappt. Wir haben den Vermieter ca eine Stunde vor Ankunft angerufen, wann wir ungefähr da sind und er hat uns dann schon erwartet. Die Wohnung ist so wie auf den Bildern und wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist ruhig und Supermarkt und Bäcker sind gleich um die Ecke. Es gehört kein direkter Parkplatz zur Wohnung, aber in den Straßen kann man problemlos parken - zur Not gibt’s einen großen Parkplatz um die Ecke. Zur Altstadt und zum Strand muss man einen Moment laufen - Altstadt ca. 15-20 Minuten und zum Strand ca. 10-15 Minuten. Alles in allen hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und der Vermieter war sehr nett. Sehr zum empfehlen!

Wir verbrachten 14 Tage in Saint Malo. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt. Alles war so, wie es beschrieben wurde. Das Apartment hat die perfekte Lage, sowohl der Strand als auch der Supermarkt und die Altstadt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Maximal 5 - 10 Minuten in jede Richtung. Und: Der Vermieter, war ein großartiger Gastgeber. Merci beaucoup, Gerard!

Saint Malo è il posto che ci è piaciuto di più di tutto durante il nostro lungo viaggio in Bretagna. L'appartamento di Gerard e Anita è comodissimo, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia del Sillon e 15 dai bastioni di Saint Malo. In un tranquillo quartiere residenziale, è silenzioso anche se si trova al primo piano. L'appartamento non è grande ma è molto ben disposto e ben arredato: tutto è pulito, moderno, funzionale. I letti sono comodi, abbiamo apprezzato la lavatrice, il microonde, la terrazza. L'unica cosa "negativa" è che non c'è un posto auto assegnato e al rientro da una gita può essere difficile trovare parcheggio. Nel complesso però siamo stati contentissimi di aver scelto questa proprietà e ci piacerebbe molto tornare!
