Apartment renovated in 2016 located on the upper ground floor of a small building with 2 floors. Surface 58 m² consists of:
-living Room: Sofa bed for 2, armchair, coffee tables, TV, Wifi. TV flat screen 80 cm.
-Kitchen Fitted
-Coin Meal 6 people
-Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140 x 190, cupboard.
Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90 x 190, dressing.
-Entrance With closet.
-Bathroom: bath, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer.
-WC independent.
-balcony 13 M².

Kitchen equipment: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher.

    We had only a few days in St Malo and it happened to be holiday weekend! The host spoke excellent English, was waiting for us on arrival, and couldn’t have been more helpful. Everything was as promised. The apartment was extremely quiet, though only a short walk to the “hustle & bustle” of St-Malo. Wish we could have stayed longer!

    This property is very well located just outside of the walled city of Saint Malo. It was very neat and clean and the owner was very responsive to our needs. It was in a safe neighborhood and there is a grocery store within walking distance as well as an open market on Thursday and Saturday.

    Perfect location, clean and well stocked apartment with a great balcony and kitchen. The owners a very friendly and accommodating they also speak good English if you don't speak French. Highly recommend!

    Old city center is walking distance away. Mont St. Michel and Dinan not to far. Lovely beach. Nice and clean appartement. Very friendly owners.

    Well located for the Intramuros and beach front. Very well equipped including washing machine and tumble drier! Very clean and some lovely welcoming touches. Had a balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun. Very short walk to all local amenities. Whilst it did not have a sea view just a few minutes walk. Would highly recommend. Gerard and Anita could not have been more helpful. Very stylish interior. Would visit again!
