Facing south with a terrace overlooking the basin and boats, the apartment (Classified 4) of contemporary and luxury decoration with an area of 75 M2 is very comfortable for 4 to 5 people: the layout, the neat decoration and the top-of-the-range equipment will seduce you! The big plus: A closed garage is included in the price!
Very comfortable living room with fitted kitchen, dressing room, 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 140 and 2 beds of 80, 1 sofa bed), bathroom, WIFI internet access and linen provided are part of the top-of-the-range equipment of the rental.
Located on the 2nd floor of a pretty residence with elevator, the apartment with terrace has a beautiful location: The particularly attractive location of the apartment (10 minutes walk from the THERMES MARINS - Thalassotérapie) will encourage you to walk along the large beach of Saint-Malo or on the ramparts of the Corsair city.
Location: The location is ideal for doing everything on foot: the large Sillon beach at 50 meters, the old town 'Intra-Muros' at 400 meters, the shops, the train station, the thalassotherapy center THERMES MARINS de Saint-Malo' and the sailing school are all close to the apartment.

We love this apartment. It's in a great position over looking the harbour and an easy walk to the facilities of St Malo old town. Marie-France is a lovely hostess and is always patient in trying to comprehend my basic French.
This was our fourth visit and it was as successful as the first 3!

St malo is a beautiful place to visit.
The apartment was perfect, the location was spot on.
The underground parking is a bonus.
