Description should state that bedrooms are in the cellar without windows; would not suit some people. Shocked to discover on arrival that towels had to be ordered separately at extra cost; not on. Resolved through Vrbo email system. No other concerns.

Property was well maintained and close to all the major attractions. Lisa responded to all our needs very quickly. Would have preferred to be able to adjust thermostat directly but Lisa made all request temperature adjustments very quicly. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Nice and modern apartment that is exactly like the description. The host is very friendly and helpful. We had some struggles with the mobile internet connection as there is no WLAN or internet connection in the flat. The host will try to change this in the future. Saint-Malo is a good place for a nice vacation but be aware that the apartment is not in Saint-Malo directly. It is in Saint-Servant. Saint-Malo (ville close) is a 20 minutes walk. As the 2 sleeping rooms are in the basement we were able to sleep well even in hot nights. The close by restaurant might have a live concert once in a while that might disturb you. So be aware. We have enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for a small company (3-4).

Appartement très bien situé et très bien aménagé (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, etc.). Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis. Deux points peuvent freiner : les escaliers (un peu raides pour des enfants en bas âge ou des personnes âgées ; les chambres n'ont pas de fenêtres car elles sont en sous-sol (le point positif, c'est qu'elles sont très protégées du bruit).

Bel intérieur attention cependant à l’interprétation des photos : les deux chambres dépourvues de fenêtres sont situées sous la pièce à vivre qui est au rez-de-chaussée . Petit bémol: pas de lave-linge contrairement à ce qui est prévu dans l’annonce ! Assez bonne literie et appartement bien situé près de St Malo intra-muros (15/20 minutes environ à pied) proche des commerces de Saint Servan et surtout très au calme.

Propre, bien conçue, place de parking facile d'accès, idéale pour marcheurs de part sa situation. Tout peut se faire sans voiture. Location parfaite pour couple avec bb ou enfants sachant descendre des escaliers, ou ados. Deux belles chambres avec rangements. Cuisine bien équipée, et salle de bain avec douche bien agencée. La pièce à vivre est agréable avec une télévision grand écran. Réseau wifi présent. Tout pour passer un excellent séjour. Sans oublier la literie qui est parfaite ! Le plus, les lits faits, les produits d'entretien. En plus à dispo, lit bb, transat, chaise haute, matelas à langer... parfait
