No Sea View & The Hot Water Runs Out.

Located inside city walls and two minute walk to rampart. Kitchen is fully equipped. All rooms were nicely sized. Check in person was on time to provide keys. Plenty of natural light. TV worked.

Just to be very clear - there is NO sea view! The hot water was in short supply, probably wouldn’t work for more than a two night stay. Sofa bed was not comfortable and it made tons of noise. No parking.

Beautiful old town location

Saint-Malo is a unique small French coastal town. It's streets are cobbled and narrow. Driving on them is a challenge as is finding a parking spot - even in the depths of winter in January - especially with a fair going on in town. it is truly beautiful and we loved staying here. We had to be met by our hosts at the door to get the key, linen was an added extra. The apartment is spacious and well appointed but note that the beds are all in 1 room. From the apartment all that Saint-Malo has to offer is at your doorstep. Mont Saint Michel is a 30 minute drive away.

Emplacement du Gîte idéal. Le logement est bien chauffée. Superficie du logement de 75 m2 très apprécié.

Absence de rideau d'intimité dans la salle de bain. Seulement 1 sac déchet pour toute la durée du séjour. Le lit de la chambre principale est inconfortable.

Un agréable week-end dans la cité corsaire.

Emplacement impeccable et accueil personnalisé et accueillant (avec une personne de la conciergerie). Les espaces étaient grands, idéal avec enfant et bébé. Troisième étage sans ascenseur, avons parfois laissé la poussette en bas, plutôt safe. Il restait même des jouets et des livres sur place. Literie confortable, pensez à apporter du linge de lit, sinon les louer sur place. Tout à proximité et ville agréable avec commerces et restaurants.

Manque des petits basiques (sel, huile) pour la cuisine mais rien de négatif !

Heerlijk appartement op de perfecte locatie in Saint-Malo!

Een mooi, ruim appartement middenin Saint-Malo: de perfecte locatie! Als je er verblijft, loop dan vooral ook eens 's ochtends een rondje, voordat alle toeristen komen. Het appartement biedt meer dan genoeg ruimte om comfortabel met zijn vieren te verblijven. Houd er wel rekening mee dat je met zijn vieren een slaapkamer deelt. Deze kamer is wel groot, dus wat ons betreft was het geen enkel probleem. Verder is het lastig parkeren, maar er is gelegenheid om even de bagage uit of in te laden om vervolgens de auto buiten de muren te parkeren. Wij hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf met alles op loopafstand!

Slechts wat kleine punten/aanbevelingen: - de houder van de douchekop is niet goed, waardoor je de douchekop moet vasthouden tijdens het douchen. - de blikopener werkte onvoldoende. - het meubilair op het balkon is te oud/niet schoon. - het bovenste bed van het stapelbed kraakt. - het zou fijn zijn als er een ventilator beschikbaar is voor in de slaapkamer.

L'emplacement Géographie est parfait. Vous avez tous a proximité, deux supermarchés, les plages, les restaurants, les magasins de souvenirs. Pas besoins de voir. L'appartement est très bien équipé.

Les trois étages sans ascenseurs. Mais bon on ne peut pas tout avoir, un peu de sport pour toute la famille après le shopping, une journée à la plage ou après un bon restaurant bien arrosé. ca reste que du positif.

La localisation , la taille de l appart, plutôt chaleureux et kids friendly ce qui a été très apprécié . Accueil sympa par une agence

Pas d huile ou de vinaigre, herbe ou autre base. Ce qui rend l appart un peu « froid »… pas pratique quand on vient 2-3 jours. Pas de draps et serviettes incluses, possible de les louer auprès de l agence
