About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this two-room flat to let in Saint-Malo, in the Sillon neighbourhood, within a luxury residential complex featuring a lift and a private underground parking space.
Situated on the first floor, it has a floor area of 42 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room, a separate toilet and a terrace. Hotel-quality 4* bed linen is provided, and the beds will be made up for your arrival. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living room with a seating area featuring a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen, including: a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, hobs, a toaster, a fridge, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker and a washing machine.
- A bedroom with two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a 160 cm bed). By default, we make up a double bed, but if you’d prefer two single beds, simply let us know when you book.
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A quiet, shaded terrace with outdoor furniture
The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Neighbourhood and activities:
- You’ll be staying in the Sillon neighbourhood, just a short walk from the main beach and all amenities.
- A 2-minute walk from the historic Intra-Muros centre, the Palais des Congrès and the Espace Duguay Trouin.
- There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity, such as Le Dock sur les Quais, a bar and restaurant with a loft-style, industrial décor that often has a great atmosphere during evening concerts or football matches.
- La Cabane on the quays offers a seafood buffet.
- Tombelaine Coquillage serves up the best takeaway seafood platters.
- Intra-Muros and the Chaussée du Sillon offer a wide selection of restaurants, some of which are right on the seafront.
- Head up to the top of the Hôtel Ambassadeur to enjoy the view over Saint-Malo from its rooftop bar.
- Walk along the seafront and, 900 metres away on Rue St Vincent, you’ll find a Carrefour Market for your shopping. Intermarché is a 1.5 km walk beyond the quays.
- Rocabey Market is just a short walk away, where you’ll find fresh, local produce.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private underground car park. The parking space is quite narrow.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo station, about a 19-minute walk (1.3 km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes Airport, about 1 hour 10 minutes by car (76.5 km)
- Bus stops just a stone’s throw away

The location was excellent. Close to the beach and old town but easy to drive to and quiet at night. The apartment was a good size with a larger kitchen that was well stocked. Private parking in the underground parkade was great. Sylvia met us at the apartment for check in and was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place.
