About this apartment rental

Bright, comfortable flat located in the heart of the historic centre of Saint-Malo and close to tourist attractions and shops.
COVID MEASURES: After each rental, the sanitary cleaning protocol is applied, the linen is washed at high temperature.
Short stay accepted outside school holidays and discounted fortnightly and monthly rates.
Decreasing rate for stays of 15 days and more. Please contact us.
ENVIRONMENT :
Free parking space on one of the intramural car parks from Easter to October.
Located at 100 meters from the Saint Vincent gate.
Close to the beaches (5 min walk), shops (50 meters from a Carrefour Market) and activities.
Marine spa close to the location.
CONFIGURATION and EQUIPMENT :
Flat ideal for a family with children (has a cot and a baby chair, games and books).
Bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet, both completely refurbished from the end of June 2021.
It has a beautiful living room of 40 m2 with double glazing, two very quiet bedrooms on the courtyard.
Separate modern style kitchen, fully equipped.
Free WIFI - TNT

Very much enjoyed our stay in Saint Malo. The apartment is in a brilliant position in the citadel and is nicely set up for guests. The beaches are very nice, there is a great range of shops and restaurants all within walking distance. If you are an English guest there are a couple of things to be aware of: Anne-Marie is lovely, but she doesn't speak English. This did not get in the way of arrangements, but be aware. If you are driving, Anne-Maire has a pass for the large underground Q Park where you can park for free for the week. This is great, but initially I wasn't sure how this worked. Anne-Marie let us know that she preferred guests to arrive before 5pm. This did not coincide with our ferry (to Caen) but she was flexible after we explained, and welcomed us at 6pm. You will have to walk any luggage to the apartment from the car park (5 min walk). This did not worry us, but if you are expecting everything in proximity, that is not how it works. Finally, the apartment is really in the middle of the busy area and there will be buskers and street performers in the summer, as well as the noise of tourists below the apartment. We loved this, but be aware. The bedrooms do not have external noise, these are nice and quiet. Overall this is a brilliant apartment in great location in an historic town which we loved. The walk around the ramparts is epic, and being in the middle of the town - you have immediate access to all the amenities. Loved it and would recommend it highly.

A fun location

A fun location

The apartment is in a perfect location for exploring intra-muros Saint-Malo. The living/dining room area offers a good view of the Main street while the bedrooms are quiet and isolated. The owner provided a parking pass at a nearby underground garage, which allowed us the freedom to explore on foot while in the city. The apartment is well-equipped for two couples or a family with young children. There is a grocery nearby and many restaurants and bakeries to choose from. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the apartment.

Property was spotless and you could not get a better location, very central next to shops and eateries. Anne-Marie was lovely, and we managed with the help of her daughter to overcome my lack of French! Only slight downside was you had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, but it didn't bother us. Would visit again and again.

Our family stayed at this apartment and we were all really pleased with it. The apartment was very spacious, the lounge was huge and very light with four sets of French doors overlooking the town. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The whole apartment was clean and well maintained. The owner was very helpful, both prior to our stay and upon arrival. The apartment is located right in the centre of the walled town so there are beaches, cafes and shops on your doorstep. A lovely big apartment in a beautiful location.

Magnifique appartement familial bien équipé et idéal pour un séjour en famille. La possibilité d'avoir un parking à quelques minutes du logement est un plus indéniable. La gérante est très accueillante, nous ne pouvons que recommander si vous souhaitez résider au sein de Saint Malo Intramuros et découvrir les charmes de cette partie de la Bretagne.

Appartement très bien situé, spacieux, lumineux et confortable. Très propre, nous avons apprécié la « réelle » mise en place du nettoyage covid (assez rare pour le souligner). La propriétaire a très gentiment proposée des accessoires supplémentaires pour notre bébé de 7 mois (baignoire, lit).

Alhoewel St Malo overdag druk bezocht wordt door toeristen hebben wij toch goed beeld gekregen van deze bijzondere plaats. Wel wat restaurants betreft erg op toeristen ingesteld en eenzijdige keuze’s. Aanraden om goede routebeschrijving met duidelijke herkenningspunten te maken , volg Casino of Bureau Tourisme etc. Want Nederlandse Google Maps kon ons niet goed leiden naar afgesproken punt en de host kon het niet in Engels uitleggen.

Magnifiquement placé en plein centre intramuros de Saint Malo et à quelques encablures des plages, l'appartement est super agréable, très propre, hyper fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Les 2 chambres sont en enfilades, mais donnant vers la cour intérieur donc très calmes. La propriétaire est adorable, disponible et facilite beaucoup les arrivées et départs. Une place de parking en sous-sol à-côté est même prévu ce qui est un énorme avantage vu la difficulté pour se garer dans le centre ! Bref, je recommande à tout point de vue ce superbe appartement ! Encore merci pour tout

Communication fluide pour l'arrivée. Emplacement très bien pour se balader. Appartement au 2eme étage d'un immeuble ancien. Chambres en enfilade au calme qui permet de ne pas être dérangé la nuit et parfait pour les enfants. Salle d'eau refaite avec goût. Nous reviendrons sans soucis.

Idéal, tous peut ce faire à pieds, la location est parfaite comme la propriétaire, par son accueil et sa gentillesse, en plus une place de parking est prévue. Nous y retournerons sans aucun problème, allez y les yeux fermés. Cordialement

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement est en plein centre ville ce qui est pratique pour rejoindre les plages et les commerces. Le seul point négatif est que le séjour donne sur une des places les plus animées, les animations (chanteurs, groupes de musique, chorale...) se succèdent toute la journée jusqu'à 22h en haute saison d'été. Les chambres heureusement sont au calme ce qui permet de bien dormir.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mitten in St. Malo. Alles Wichtige ist zu Fuß zu erreichen (Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle, Hafen, Autovermietung, Restaurants....) Die Tourist-Info ist auch nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

très bel appartement... situé au deuxième étage sans ascenseur - ceci n'est pas clairement identifié dans l'annonce. Au coeur de la ville et en même temps au calme! Que de belles nuits et que de belles soirées! Les deux chambres sont "en enfilade" avec une porte qui les sépare: pas de problème pour nous... Mais cette porte ne retient aucun des bruits produits et respirations fortes d'un des occupants. Nous avons passé un beau séjour dans cet appartement tellement lumineux avec une cuisine qui nous a permis de profiter des beaux produits de la mer à cuisiner avec plaisir! La propriétaire de l'appartement nous a permis de moduler notre séjour avec bonheur! A recommander!

Nous regrettons de devoir rentrer... L'appartement est parfaitement conforme au descriptif: spacieux, confortable, bien agencé, propre, calme, meublé et décoré avec goût. la literie est très bonne et rien ne manque dans la cuisine. Il est aussi parfaitement bien situé pour tout faire à pied. De plus nous avons eu la chance d'avoir très beau temps toute cette semaine de printemps...
