Was good for what we required (i.e.overnight stay) though bedroom required moving bed to use it.

Location was chosen for nearness to ferry port for early morning embarkation but difficult to find not having SatNav or Smartphone. Same with trying to communicate with owner.

Good place for summer holdays

Location is good, not far from the beach, parking space outside, kitchen with coffee and various appliances and well equipped. Good for summer holidays : a young couple with a baby. The person in charge of managing the place was responsive and good.

A good professional refreshing up of the place would do good. It is not adequate for people with difficulties to walk, difficult staircase, roof above the bed very low, very few sockets. The kitchen corner is very small. I missed a toaster.

We had a wild goose chase getting the key to get in and wasted a lot of time.You have to get the key yourself from another address in St Malo suberbs ! What if you haven't your mobile charged up or don't have transport.

Average stay

Very clean and not expensive for St Malo. We had a car with us so was easy to get to centre of the town but it is quite far out. Two cot beds were already made up.

Much smaller than in photos... Upstairs has no door, ceilings are really low and can't stand up in the shower Sofa bed not comfortable at all.

Cosy apartment... But not for people with more than 1.50m...

Apartment was as shown in photos. Clean and lot of light. Some basic ammenities provided

Location - far from city center (+-30mn walk) Ceiling height was very low making it impossible to take a shower standing up, and having to be always very careful walking in the room and bathroom to avoid banging the head. Check in - didn't really appreciate having to go 2km to pick up the apartment keys. Would have been nice for the owner to meet us at the apartment and hand over the keys. Would also have been nice to have some tips and recommendations.

Apartment, no breakfast. Location was convenient for driving, but not real close to old city.

Key retrieval was confusing. It was difficult to tell which apartment unit was our. A room number on the door would be helpful.

Our stay in Saint-Malo

The location was good with walking distance to the city center and to the beach. There was very good bakery close by. Easy parking right in front of the house.

There were small flies in the flat, especially in the kitchen. The upper floor’s ceiling is low for a taller person. Check out could be later than 10 am.

The apartment is pretty nice. The communication between the host and his assistant seems is not so.

The quite and lovely neighbourhood. The modern TV and a good Wi-Fi, the big comfortable bed. Quite close to the beach.

Unfortunatelly for us the host or his assistant screwed up: she wasn't aware about our booking. So we waited for about an hour and a half to check-in and the apartment itself wasn't cleaned. In the end I don't understand what did we paid the 30€ cleaning fee for.

Sono arrivata in piena notte alle 23 e avevo avvertito che sarebbe successo.Visto che arrivavo da un volo da parigi. Non si apriva il portone d'ingresso e l'host era irreperibile, ho lasciato anche messaggi in segreteria. Avevo recuperato le chiavi secondo istruzioni peccato che la chiave che doveva aprire il portone del condominio girava a vuoto e non si capiava come entrare. Dopo diverse chiamate al numero fornito, andate a vuoto sono stata costretta a scampanellare al vicinito. Il sudetto portone non si apriva con la chiave ma una specie di gettone elettronico che sembrava un portachiavi. Quindi la chiave fornita era inutile e si doveva aprire con il "gettone" elettronicamente posto sotto una pulsantiera, sotto i campanelli. Cmq è stato soprattutto l'irreperibilità dell'host il problema principale. La fornitura di asciugamani era insufficiente. Un asciugamano grande per 5 giorni. Io di solito non mi asciugo la faccia dove mi asciugo il lato b...Le scale per raggiungere il letto sono ripide e il penultimo gradino traballa. Avevo chiesto specificatamente se il divano letto fosse fornito di biancheria e la risposta fu affermativa. In realtà c'era solo il lenzuolo sotto e la copertina che si guarda la tv. Si commenta da solo.

L’emplacement est idéal , à proximité de st Malo intra muros et de la plage du Sillon ; calme ou quartier

Difficulté à trouver à boîte à clés et booking n’avait pas communiqué le code d’ouverture… La literie est un peu vieillissante, une alèse sur le matelas serait appréciable Les tabourets sont inconfortables et vraiment trop hauts par rapport à la table…

Vraiment jolie la Bretagne

Manque un chauffage en bas car il fait froid le soir car y a qu un chauffage en haut dans la mezzanine et le linge de lit froissé , du coup ça ne fait pas net le lit quand on arrive on dirait que ce n est pas propre, poussière sous le lit et le canapé n´est Pas propre aurait besoin d un bon nettoyage

Super séjour de qualité appartement comme je le souhaitais

Ce petit duplex est juste parfait pour un couple ou un couple avec enfants, il est très bien disposé avec un salon, une salle à manger en bas une cuisine et à l’étage, une chambre et un lit pour enfants si besoin. La salle de bain est très mignonne. attention à la mezzanine là-haut, le plafond est très bas puisque c’est mansardée. Mais moi de mon côté j’adore cette impression de mansarde. Appartement est très propre, donne sur des Jardin et très calme deux jours comme de nuit, ce qui est très important à Saint-Malo. La pièce est très ensoleillé. Donc personnellement je recommande à 100 % cet appartement très bien configuré la wi-fi marche très bien que ça soit dans le salon ou à l’étage

Appartement très lumineux, confortable, bien équipé et au calme. Les hôtes ont été hyper réactifs à toutes nos demandes et très arrangeants

Proche du centre ville et de la mer .. Hôtesse à l'écoute.. a fait preuve d' adaptabilité en fonction de nos besoins.

Studio très bien aménagé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. L'endroit est calme. Nous étions proche de la mer. Je recommande évidemment cet établissement.

La proximité du centre ville et le calme du quartier.

Le manque de propreté de l'appartement, 1 WC inutilisable, et la hauteur des portes non conformes dans la chambre et la salle de bains, proscrit pour les plus de 1,70m.

Un bel appartement a proximité de la gare et de la plage (15 min à pieds environ). Très bien équipé, lumineux et propre. Très bien pour un court séjour

Il manquait juste l’équipement essentiel pour un court séjour en famille, par exemple le savon, gel douche ou une capsule pour la machine à laver. Mais sinon tout est parfait !
