Disappointing
Lovely balcony that gets sun well into the evening. Good quiet location close to the shops.
Poor check in experience with agency, sending automated emails and broken links before the trip which meant didn't have access to the check in instructions. We had to make our own beds when we arrived, which is a first for me with a rental where you are charged for cleaning. The bathroom sink had a bad smell.

Good location: nice and quiet area very close to the beach (the house is not on the beach front, but 5 minutes by foot). The apartment is quite spacious, for a family of three, it was more than enough. Good kitchen, lots of cooking stuff. Parking place inside the house is very convenient.
The apartment is marked as beachfront, but this is not true. The beach is quite close (5 minutes by foot), but still. The terrace is nice, but we found no use for it: it overlooks quite a busy street, so dining with a view is not an option. Plus sleeping with a window opened may be a bit uncomfortable in one of the bedrooms because of the car noise. It also should be noted, that this is an agency, who manages the apartment, so the check-in/check-out is made in the office (which is in the city center, 2.5 km from the apt itself), the towels and bed linen are for an additional price, and most likely you'll have to buy/bring your own toilet paper, soap, garbage bags and so on.

Buen apartamento
La ubicación es muy buena, buen barrio y cerca del paseo marítimo El garaje es muy útil La casa está muy limpia y cuidada. Todo funcionaba perfectamente.
El tamaño de las almohadas era muy reducido. La cantidad excesiva de micropagos por todo: -Toallas -Cama de bebé (aunque supuestamente era gratis, nos cobraron 12€) -Trona de bebé -Wifi (en pleno 2025 esto es ridículo) Y lo peor de todo, que repercuten parte del trabajo de la limpieza en el inquilino. Basuras, ropa de cama (puesta y recogida)... Bajo multa de 50€.
