place was ideal close to beech near a nice pastry shop called madella, had good facilities had fans in rooms when it can be really warm
Concierge was not ideal, read reviews saying they had to plan there day to meet concierge and I understand what they were saying, I rang in the morning, saying can I come at 2 and the person said it was to early to ring and to ring an hour before arriving, they rang around half 1 saying where we are and shouted on the phone saying we said 2 and they had more places to manage and its not a hotel!! It was a bad start to arriving in saint malo, and we had to rush to the place after they rang,
it would be better if there was a lock box with the key in, they also didn't mention that we had to Meet them when we leave, bc if there was an emergency where we needed to Leave, would we leave the keys?
but apart from the concierge everything was great

bonne situation géographique
Service de conciergerie très ponctuel et très aimable
Pas de parking personnel mais facilités pour se garer dans la rue à proximité de l'appartement
