We had a very pleasant stay in this flat. The communication was very friendly, the flat is equipped with really everything you need, and in a good location not far from the beach. Nearby there are also some shops and a very nice market on two days of the week. With a bus (bus stop just 100m away) you can reach St. Malo old city in a very short time. All in all, we loved this place.

We stayed in this apartment during June 2018. We found the apartment to be clean and well preseted with all the things you need. The property is on a fairly busy road and parking is only available on the surrounding streets. We managed to find parking oposite but once the car was moved you would probably lose that spot. The building itself, not the apartment, needs some work to fix the front entry and the stairs which are a little difficult to manage. The host's representative spoke good English and was extremely helpful and kind.

The flat was very clean and accommodating. Kitchen was very well organized and stocked for cooking and living area was comfortable for relaxing in the evening. Communication from Robert was EXCELLENT! We appreciate that he responded to our inquires so promptly. We would return without hesitation. One thing I would recommend is that it is better communicated that towels and bed linens are NOT included in the rental and are an extra charge.

We enjoyed our stay in Saint Malo. This property is in a nice location, outside the touristy areas of Intramuros Saint Malo but still close enough to still enjoy. The beaches and coastline nearby are breathtaking, with the tides going in and out, it is really impressive. There is a mini-town center just 2 minutes walk from the property where you can get groceries, cash, by fresh bread. Restaurants are just at the seaside, about a 10 minute walk. I really enjoyed the feeling of being away from the tourists and yet having access to the sea.

Accueil impec, facilité pour se garer tout près de l appartement. Celui-ci est très bien décoré et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement proche de toutes les commodités et à 750 m de la plage (9mn à pieds). En prime le propriétaire nous a doté d'une bouteille de cidre en guise de bienvenue !

L'appartement de Robert est très cosy, et très bien équipé. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le quartier. Les commerces, la plage, les bus sont accessibles en quelques minutes. Pour ceux qui aiment marcher, rejoindre la vieille ville par la promenade de bord de mer est un délice ! A recommander

Gîte agréable conforme à l'annonce, situé le long d'une rue sans trop de passage. A 10 minutes d'une belle plage et à 100m des commerces du quartier de Parame. Literie et salle d'eau confortables. Petit bémol, la chambre adulte située côté rue avec l'arrêt de bus et un feu de circulation non loin: bruit de moteur du bus un peu gênant tôt le matin.

Wir( Familie 4 Personen) haben uns in dieser sehr hübschen Wohnung total wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sauber, super umfassend eingerichtet noch schöner, als auf den Fotos erkennbar ist. Die Nähe zu Strand, Geschäften, Restaurants etc..ist perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und dem Verwalter vor Ort war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben eine Woche in der Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und auch alles da, was man brauchen kann. Die Wohnung ist schön und gemütlich ausgestattet und auch zum Meer und Einkaufen ist es nicht weit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Très bel appartement et très bien situé. L’accueil a été parfait, l’appartement est très bien équipé. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Il est à t minutes de la plage, moins de 20 minutes à pied en marchant tranquillement. Il est do,c idéalement situé.

Appartement très bien équipé en literie, équipements électro ménagers, vaisselle. A 5 minutes à pieds de la plage de Rochebonne et de la digue conduisant directement à Saint Malo intra-muros pour ceux qui aiment marcher. Ligne de car à coté pour aller aussi bien à Saint Malo intra-muros qu'à l'aquarium. A 30 minutes à pied de la gare TGV sinon le bus ligne 3 vous dépose au pied du logement pour 1,35 euros. Commerces variés, restaurants et thalasso à proximité. En voiture pas de problème de stationnement. Juste à savoir, appartement situé au 1er étage par un escalier pas très large. Vraiment très satisfaite d'avoir fait le choix de ce logement.
