This new house can accommodate up to 7 people, it is located at the gates of Saint-Malo on a plot of 1200 m2 fenced and very quiet, possibility of parking several vehicles.

No need to bring your sheets, the beds will be made upon arrival, they are all equipped with duvets.

The big fenced garden is great to play soccer or badminton and come with dog. The two toilets are separated from the bathroom (great) but don't have a sink (fine to get used to it). The kitchen is well equipped. Everything is clean, but some furnitures were pretty rustical/bit broken. Nothing that really matters but prevents from giving 5 stars

Emplacement idéal pour visites locales, la maison est neuve lumineuse, grand terrain clos ideal pour enfants ou animaux, les equipements sont conformes a la description, manque quelques éléments de vaisselle dans la cuisine ( 1 ou 2 saladiers de plus , 1 plat a tarte, couteaux a steack....) le mobilier est un peu désuet a notre gout. A proximité toutes commodités, pharmacie boulangerie et tous commerces, quartier tres calme. Ideal pour des vacances tranquilles .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à St Jouan des Guérets. La maison est agréable et bien agencée. Notre chien y était le bienvenu. Le jardin est clos , grand et au calme, pour jouer dehors (les enfants et le chien) , lire ou déjeuner. St Jouan est un endroit pratique pour visiter la région, proche des axes qui vont aussi bien vers St Malo (tout près) , Dinan, Cancale, le Mont St Michel... et bien d'autres encore. La région est très belle. Nous avons apprécié le calme de la maison et avons dormi comme des loirs grâce à une bonne literie . 2 bonnes boulangeries tout près de l'église, et un supermarché assez proche pour que ce soit pratique d'aller au ravitaillement. Gwenaël et son épouse sont très gentils et nous ont accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de cidre. Bref, nous sommes ravis de la semaine que nous y avons passé , et nous y reviendrons, c'est certain !
