About this apartment rental
We have a flat for rent in Dinan, right in the historic centre and 2 minutes' walk from the pedestrianised centre. In a very quiet area, this charming 70 m² flat can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower).
The apartment is composed as follows :
Day area
- 40 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
Sleeping area
- Bedroom 1 and 2 : queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
The apartment is ideally located in Dinan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Numerous visits are organized by the tourist office.
- There are many points of interest : Dinan's historic center, the clock tower, the Basilique Saint Sauveur and Eglise Saint Malo, Dinan castle, etc.
- Discover the port and the famous Rue du Jerzual with its many craftsmen and women
- Stroll along the ramparts,
- Discover the English garden
- Take the little train around the town.
- Boat trip on the Rance river
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the secure pay parking lot in the historic center.
