About this apartment rental
Set on the banks of the river Rance, with panoramic views of the port of Dinan and old bridge. With two walls made entirely of glass, the apartment is flooded with light and offers a wonderful position to enjoy this popular location.
A short walk across the old stone bridge brings you to a traditional Breton bakery as well as number of good riverside restaurants, bistros, cafes.
Forming part of a historic 17th century stone building, the apartment is on the second floor of a historic building , accessed by 2 short flights of stairs.
The apartment is not suitable for young children under 10 years of age.
The apartment has one spacious bedroom with a double bed.
Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Corner kitchen next to a dining area overlooking the river. Spacious living area with river views. Mezzanine with two single bed.
Additional pull out single bed available if needed.
Free WIFI internet and TV receiving both French and UK channels.
Internal area 45 sq metres (484 sq ft) and classified as one star tourist accommodation in 2021.
Tourist tax, electricity, bed linen and towels included in rental prices.
We check that the property is clean and ready for you before your arrival , and you can either clean before leaving or our end of stay clean option is 50€
Free on street parking available next to the apartment , or we have a limited number of reserved parking spaces available for a small charge - 20€ per week.

You can hire boats,canoes and bikes on the port between April and October.

Absolutely amazing views from the floor to ceiling windows in front and back of apartment. Dinan is an adorable town. Apt on biking/hiking path. Boulangerie 2 min walk. Well equipped place. Lovely owners. Good easy nearby parking. Great value. Would give more stars if it were an option.

We took our kids around Europe for the month, and this was one of our favorite areas on the trip. Great location, the apartment has everything needed, great views of the river from the front window

What a great place to stay. Cottage was of a very high standard, everything is provided for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, looking down onto the river where there’s lots of activity. Ideally situated close to restaurants etc and also the walk up into Dinan old town. Steep cobbled streets but lots of art galleries on the way.
Dinan is full of character. Parking also provided by owners at a cost of 20 euros a week, well worth it. We filled our nine days with walking, boating, and travelling around to the many places of interest. Would definitely stay at this property again.
One point to note, steep internal stairs up to accommodation.
