About this apartment rental
A charming, tastefully renovated 85-square-meter apartment located on the ramparts of Dinan, in the heart of the historic center.
In a quiet setting, enjoy the charm of the old town as you stroll through our beautiful medieval city, a City of Art and History. There are plenty of sights to see, and you can reach the harbor and the banks of the Rance River via the famous Rue du Jerzual. The magnificent beaches of the Emerald Coast are less than 30 minutes from the apartment. During your stay, you can also explore and visit Saint-Malo, Mont Saint-Michel, Erquy, Dinard, Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte, Cancale, the Brocéliande Forest, and more...
The apartment is located on the third floor, and the building does not have an elevator. The stairs are wide but, unfortunately, not suitable for people with limited mobility.
Free parking is available less than five minutes away.
The duplex apartment features a bright living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room with a toilet, and an additional half-bath. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
The bedrooms measure 16 and 12 m² and each have a large closet and a 140x190 bed. They are quiet and overlook a park.
Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. A washing machine is located in the bathroom.
Living room with a 4-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, TV with Orange TV, table and 4 chairs, and storage cabinet.
Linens and made-up beds are available upon arrival for €10 per person per stay (fitted sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover, towels, dish towels). On-site: ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, dishes, and kitchen essentials.
Cleaning service available: €50, payable on-site to the owner.
Check-in available as early as 1:00 PM to enjoy your first day of vacation, provided the apartment is available after cleaning has been completed.
Pre-stay inspection and a security deposit check (not cashed) to be handled with the owner upon arrival.

A beautiful apartment, immaculately presented. Very well equipped with everything required to make it a home from home.
Three flights of stairs might be a challenge for some but for ourselves as 'Over 60's', these would not stop us from booking a return stay.
The location of the apartment is perfect to explore all of the Centre Historique on foot as soon as you leave the front door. Dinan is beautiful with many restaurants, interesting shops and incredible historic architecture. For food shopping and more there is a convenient store (Monoprix) around 100 metres from the apartment.
The optional Parking Card was well worth the small investment to guarantee a very close space to park in what can be a very busy town.
As a host we would recommend Olivier wholeheartedly. Excellent communication and quick to respond to any questions.

Appartement idéalement situé, très spacieux et superbe. Il est de plus très équipé ce qui rend le séjour parfait dès quenle beau temps est au rendez-vous
