Great location, modern apartment. Incredible outdoor area. Easy to host dinners. WONDERFUL!!!

Excellent communication with owners. Very kind and welcoming. AND -- the property is on the FIRST/Ground Floor. This was EXTREMELY convenient for my 85 year old mother. Easy to roll bags direly into the beautiful apartment. We were also provided with a parking card that allowed us to park car in the lot BEHIND the apartment.

No clothes washer - but not a big deal.

Great little apartment in the centre of Dinan

Great Central location for the Old Town of Dinan. Apartment was very clean and, well equipped, nice decor and owners very helpful with good communication. Parking included in price and only a short walk away. Nice little garden to sit outside.

only two items to be improved....simple leave wi fi code onsite..........Parking card process needs refining.step 1 collect card from property..step 2 SCAN the card at the entry point.....do not put card in machine or collect any ticket....after scanning the car park gate will open.......on exit scan the card to get out.

Everything you need in a great location.

Great location right in the heart of the old town. It’s a small apartment but perfect for a small family or two couples who know each other well. We stayed for a week and liked the little thoughtful pieces such as high-quality towels and lots of kitchenware, and a nice coffee maker. The host replied to questions quickly. Thursday is market day… Not to be missed!

The seating area was not as comfortable as we would’ve liked.

Lovely.

Very easy key pick up, spotless inside and what a bonus to have free parking very close. Very peaceful with Harley any traffic noise in what is a very busy city. Would definitely recommend for a short stay if you’re in the area. 🇫🇷😃🇫🇷

Maybe a blind on the kitchen window, but wasn’t a big issue as the courtyard is quite private.

L’emplacement au cœur de Dinan tout en restant au calme et un jardin très agréable. Le confort de la literie et les équipements, très complets. La décoration soignée. Enfin, la gentillesse et la souplesse des hôtes. Nous recommandons vivement.

Ideales Domizil für 4

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss direkt gegenüber des Marktplatzes. Der Garten ist klein, bietet aber einen Essplatz für vier und eine Loungearena. Parkmöglichkeit ist ein öffentlicher Parkplatz hinter dem Haus (Parkkarte wird vom Vermieter gestellt), zum Ein- und Ausladen kann das Auto kurzfristig auf dem Marktplatz abgestellt werden (AUSSER DO!). Donnerstag ist Markt mit lokalen Produkten und vielen Essensständen (sehr empfehlenswert!). Die Schlafzimmer sind klein, aber ausreichend mit bequemen Betten.

Das einzige Manko ist vielleicht, dass es keinen Monitor im Wohnbereich, sondern nur im Doppelzimmer gibt, wen das nicht stört, für den ist dies ein ideales Familienappartement in Dinan.

Magnifique séjour

Appartement très confortable, très bien équipé et joliment décoré. Tous les sites incontournables de la ville sont accessibles à pied. Une carte pour le stationnement d'une voiture dans un parking très proche du logement est mis à disposition ce qui est très appréciable. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute et disponibles.
