Cozy and well-equipped, but had some cleanliness and parking issues.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy duplex in Dinan! The apartment was well-equipped with fantastic kitchen facilities, plenty of cookware, and everything we needed to cook our own meals. The bed was comfy, though a bit snug, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. Overall, a great experience!

While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few drawbacks. The apartment wasn’t very clean in some areas, with noticeable dirt and hair in the bathroom and shower. Additionally, the sink drainage was slow due to a clog. Another downside was the lack of guaranteed parking; although free parking is available nearby, finding a spot can be tricky. We also noticed the coffee machine was a bit dirty, and the bed felt a bit small for two. Overall, though, the apartment was still quite nice.

Correcto para un par de noches pero no para una larga estancia. El apartamento es correcto y tiene de todo, pero no está

El apartamento es correcto. La cocina y el salón son espaciosos y tienen todos los utensilios necesarios. Está bien ubicado en Dinan y la propietaria está atenta. Tiene persianas y se agradece.

La suciedad. Aparentemente parece limpio, pero no es así. Los cajones de la cocina están muy sucios, con bolsas de alimentos abiertas. Los suelos están muy sucios también. El baño es muy pequeño y la bañera es muy alta y estrecha (casi no caben los dos pies). No recomendable para personas que viajen con niños o personas mayores. Nos dejaron solo 2 toallas para 4 personas y toda la ropa de cama amontonada en un armario (sin ningún orden). Almohadas regulares. Entran muchos bichos y mosquitos (sería recomendable poner mosquitera).

Las llaves no las cogimos en la propia dirección. Las escaleras del duplex un poco incómodas para subir maletas grandes

Superbe !

La propreté des lieux, impeccable, tout le linge de maison à disposition, cuisine très bien équipée. Les condiments à disposition ainsi que le café/thé est très appréciable. Très bonne literie, j'ai vraiment bien dormi. Canapé confortable, avec télévision connectée, Wi-Fi, au top. Petit livret avec explications et quelques conseils de sortie, balades, super 👍 C'est grâce à ça que j'ai fait un tour de bateau sans permis sur le port, génial. Superbement situé en plein centre, dans une résidence au calme, tout les commerces à proximité. Et le petit plus, la petite terrasse avec table et chaises, donnant sur le sympathique jardin de la résidence, avec ses petits oiseaux. Vraiment charmant, je recommande chaudement.

Manque place de parking pourtant noté sur la resa ! Et pas de wifi ! La chaleur et la baignoire . Le nombre de portes et les différentes clés pour ouvrir afin de traverser la résidence pour accès au logement
