A perfect base to explore Dinan, Saint-Malo, Mont Saint Michel and all areas of Breton

Our food was "self-catered" but we made good use of a fully -- and I mean FULLY! -- stocked kitchen. The location was a 5-minute walk from a lovely bakery that spoiled us with bread prepared for breakfast and again for dinner. It was about a 10-minute walk to the old section of Dinan. Parking was immediately outside the locked gate that separated the house from the street. On the one night that we returned late and there was no space, we parked in a large lot that was 1-minute from the house. Our hosts gave us a detailed and accurate list of restaurants both in Dinan and nearby towns. On one occasion we reached out to them with a question and received a reply within the hour. They are great hosts!!

Nothing at all. I know I should put "something" but in all honesty, it was perfect. The Gite was well-lit, the kitchen well-stocked and the location perfect.

good location for easy walking access to the historic centre of Dinan, or easy out of Dinan for visiting other places parking right outside property. property well equipped, cheerful and and modern

outside area for sitting provided, but confined and not really inviting - didn't matter too much as the weather was not fit for outside dining!

Nice, but lacking.

Several items that are traditionally provided at other rentals were missing (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, packet of coffee for the first morning, and facial tissue). And since the unit is advertised to accommodate 5 persons, and the couch can only seat 3 adults, I’m unclear where the additional guests were supposed to sit in the evening.

Kitchen items were partly not cleaned. Quiet loud due to main road traffic. Flyscreens in windows would be nice to have.

great short stay house if you have children

the place was clean, had everything we needed for our first holiday with our baby. host very quick to respond and get anything we needed. location was perfect, 10 minute walk into the city centre, free parking at the apartment. beds were super comfy and our baby slept like a dream away. also lots of toys available for children to play with.

Ruim huis met een gezellig zitje buiten. Op loopafstand van het historische Dinan, maar toch lekker rustig. Goede parkeergelegenheid bij het huis. Heerlijk bed en fijne badkamers.

Total gut ausgestattetes, süßes Haus. Es lag fußläufig zum Zentrum von Dinan. Bäcker und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Und die Gastgeberin Anne war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Recomendable

La casa muy bonita y acogedora con dos baños completos y equipada con todo lo necesario. Los anfitriones muy amables y dispuestos. Aparcamiento fácil justo enfrente o a escasos metros del alojamiento, al menos en la temporada que hemos estado nosotros. Ubicación a unos 15 minutos paseando, algo ventajoso para quien no desea estar en medio del bullicio.
