Great location but drains need sorting.

Great location

Foul smell when the shower was used. No headroom in double bedroom due to sloping ceiling. If you don’t clean the whole property upon leaving, you will be charged €60.

Location was great.

1. Public parking was challenging to find. 2. Unlike most Airbnb type stays, we were not provided with sufficient supplies for the entire stay (eg toilet paper, laundry pods). We expected more than 1 laundry pod and 1.5 small toilet paper rolls for a 4 night stay for a family of 5 people. 3. Upper floor was in fact an attic with quite low ceiling. We could not stand upright and the tallest person was 175cm in height. It would have been appropriate to have been warned of this beforehand. 4. Blankets did not smell fresh - damp and mildewed. 5. Kitchen equipment was very old. One small pan in poor condition. There was no salt and pepper provided, unlike all Airbnb we stayed at before. 6. We were asked to pay 60 Euro unless we cleaned the place before leaving (mop floor, clean showers and toilets). This was not agreed to in advance and we were surprised by this upon arrival. We did do the cleaning but being surprised by this requirement was not reasonable.

Apartment was up 2 flights of very narrow spiral stairs which were outside. Not easy to carry suitcase etc. up. And once inside more narrow stairs to bedrooms. No mention of this in the details when booking. Bathroom was upstairs but the toilet was down. Not at all suitable for less mobile people. Also bedrooms in roof, so low slopping ceilings, unable to sit up in bed and read.

Appartement très agréable

La vue est magnifique, l'appartement est mignon, c'est dépaysant, on se sent en vacances . C'est très bien équipé et les enfants ont de quoi s'occuper. Les draps sentent bons . Le petit présent à l'arrivée a été très apprécié.

Les poutres à l'étage sont basses ,c'est dangereux et il faut être prudent dans l'escalier.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr süss und gemütlich. Für 4 Personen perfekt. Port de Dinan ist ein wunderschöner Ort. Es gibt viele Restaurants und tolle Wanderwege oder Fahrradstrecken. Ausflüge ans Meer dauern ca 30 min.

Gut gelegene Wohnung, leider nicht ganz sauber

Man schaut direkt auf den Hafen und ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten in den schönen Gassen von Dinan

An dem Haus führt eine Straße mit Parkplätzen vorbei, es ist tagsüber aber sehr schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden. Als wir angekommen sind waren das Bad und vor allem die Küche nicht sauber. Vor Ort erfährt man, dass man für die Endreinigung 60€ zahlen muss oder man putzt selbst. Kochen konnten wir nur eingeschränkt, obwohl wir das gerne getan hätten, die einzige Pfanne war aber so verrostet und dreckig, dass wir sie nicht benutzen wollten. Die ersten beiden Tage haben die Abflüsse in der Dusche und in der Küche extrem gerochen, was sich glücklicherweise danach gelegt hat.

Magnifique duplex, beaucoup de charme, très agréable, décoration sélectionnée avec goût, Calme, magnifique vue sur le port. Sécurisé. A notre arrivée panier d'accueil avec du cidre, un kit de démarrage pour le lave-vaisselle et le lave linge. Tout est bien organisé. Literie confortable, cuisine très bien équipée. Gros + : des jeux et livres pour enfants, très appréciables lors des jours de pluie !

Frigo un peu petit pour 6. Ne concerne pas l'appréciation mais à savoir : - place très prisées juste en bas de l'immeuble - premier supermarché à 20 min à pieds - 60€ de frais de ménage si vous ne le faites pas vous même

La posizione è molto comoda e la vista sul fiume davvero caratteristica. L’appartamento è molto pulito e ci sono molti giochi per bambini per cui lo consiglio a chi ha dei figli.

Purtroppo l’appartamento è al secondo piano e non è presente l’ascensore

le logement etait tout simplement parfait Tout y est on se sent comme chez soi c est beau tres propre decoré avec gout, naturel c est wouaouh en plus une vue sur le port magnifique les restaus nombreux et sympas la vieille ville a deux pas Lehon tout pres a pied des locations de bateau presque au pied de l appart. Franchement top et les hotes super sympas meme si le contact ne fut pas visuel. Bravo, genial ne changez rien c est 10 sur 10 et c est sincère.

Decepcionante

Las vistas y la ubicación por decir algo, pero la estancia ha sido decepcionante.

En las fotos parece más grande de lo que es, éramos 6 y la casa no está preparada para tantos: un frigorífico pequeño que no enfría y 5 camas, una de ellas plegable incomodísima. Sensación de engaño cuando no explica el acceso al apartamento: después de pasar un pasillo tenebroso, llegas a un patio interior lleno de humedad y hay que subir muchas escaleras de caracol. Una vez dentro te encuentras la sorpresa de que al final de tu estancia tienes que hacer una limpieza profunda y si no te cobran 60€. Pocos detalles, solo un rollo de papel, el jabón vacío, cazuelas no muy limpias, salero vacío… Además de todo esto, las habitaciones son abuhardilladas, casi nos abrimos la cabeza y la ducha es pequeña. No lo recomendamos.
