The place is very disorganized. It wasn’t clean at all. The tiny corner with the WC in the room was still in construction.

It looks quite unsafe. There were a lot of problems with the electrical system. They aren’t proper insulation between the rooms, decent walls. You could absolutely everything

not disabled friendly is a working in progress had to pay extra 10 euros on top to have room in house studio is caravan outside and around back of building so to use toilet you would have to walk around building go through front door and as it was raining and freezing not a good thing to be doing

Never gonna stay there again!

The room is very small. The whole building is still under renovation, but it's already open and you walk basically in a construction site. It also seems like they're working during the night by the noises you can hear while (not) sleeping. It's surprising how this can actually be legal. Also, I had to pay for the breakfast but they don't accept cards, only cash and don't provide any receipt. There are no ATMs around.

Accueil correct mais confort surréaliste !! Hallucinant que cette adresse soit sur booking!

Bon emplacement pour visiter la côte vers Dinard, St Malo. Mais très décevant en ce qui concerne la vétusté du lieu. Ok pour dormir dans une tente, mais on ne s’attend pas à ce que la tente soit placée dans un grenier plus que rudimentaire et très limite niveau sécurité.

La vétusté du grenier. La petite salle de bain à partager pourquoi pas, c’était précisé, mais vraiment très très petite avec les WC dedans et un accès loin d’être simple notamment pour une personne à mobilité réduite. J’ai trouvé cette adresse sur Booking, hallucinant, je croyais que c’était un site sur? 🤔

un veritable taudis! une honte de louer une telle chambre. Je vais déposer une plainte auprès de la DGCCFR, rien n'est au normes.

un bordel monstre, endrois toujours en travaux. Salle de bain quasi innaccesible, hors de toute norme. La "chambre" est visiblement une extension des toillettes dans l'ancienne cuisine d'un bar restaurant, travaux non finis. Il y a des escargos et des toiles d'araigné au plafond, l'ordeur est très désagreable. Pas d'eau chaude au robinet, aération sans filtre, juste un trou grand ouvert. Endroit buyant situé sur un carrefour, aucune isolation phonique.

Tente confortable dans un grenier aménagé avec four micro-ondes et frigo. Douche et wc en commun. Propriétaire sympathique

Tous les commerces de proximité et restauration sont fermés le lundi soir.... Donc prévoir ses courses !

Schöne Umgebung aber leider hunde-unfreundlicher Vermieter und mieses Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Sehr schön ländlich gelegen direkt an einem ausgezeichneten Wanderweg. Die Toiletten und Duschen sind zwar in Gemeinschaftsnutzung, dafür aber sauber. Das Familienzimmer, das wir hatten, verfügte über eine praktische Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank.

Der Vermieter teilte mir nach der Buchung und nachdem ich online bereits bezahlt hatte, mit, er würde meine beiden kleinen, freundlichen Hunde in dem von mir gebuchten Zimmer nicht akzeptieren. Er gab mir ein Familienzimmer und verlangte dafür dann doppelten Preis, da er sich auch den Aufenthalt meiner Hunde mit 20€ pro Nacht extra bezahlen ließ. Eine Rückgabe des bereits gezahlten Betrags verweigerte er, sodass ich gezwungen war, zu dem völlig überteuerten Preis das Familienzimmer zu nehmen. Hinzu kommt, dass das Zimmer sehr vollgestellt ist und nicht wirklich schön. Sehr alte Möbel, zum Teil schäbig. Das vorhandene Geschirr und Besteck war zum Teil nicht sauber. Auf der Straße direkt vor den Fenstern rasen teilweise bis spät abends noch Autos und Motorräder mit aufheulenden Motoren vorbei. An sich für 1-2 Nächte schon ok, aber bei dem Preis ein schlechter Witz. Schade!

Chambre tout à fait correcte, bien équipée. Personnel original, mais sympathique et très à l’écoute. Salle de bain parfaite. Tous les commentaires dénigrants précédents doivent dater. Il semble que le propriétaire ait fait de nombreux travaux.
