About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 80 m² house in Langrolay-sur-Rance, less than a kilometre from the Rance, which can accommodate up to 3 travellers. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises:
Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV, sofa...
- Dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Laundry room with WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with single bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 1,000 m² enclosed, sunny garden with many trees
- A 4 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Langrolay-sur-Rance, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities
- Visit Dinard and Dinan, towns of art and history
- Hiking on the GR 34 along the banks of the Rance, just 300 m away
- Several beaches nearby
- Swimming in the Rance, pontoon 400 meters from accommodation
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint Malo train station, about 25 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 54 min by car.
