About this house rental
Classified furnished tourist accommodation, Breton farmhouse of 140 m² with swimming pool for 6 people (possibility 8).
Located in the countryside, 5 km north of DINAN, this spacious house is ideal for getting together with your family and living a quiet stay.
Idyllic geographical location to discover the region (Dinan, Dinard, St Malo, Cancale, the Pink Granite Coast or Mont St Michel...).
The accommodation:
Contemporary decoration, on the first floor a large equipped kitchen, a dining / lounge area of 45 m² and a table convertible into a French billiard table and a laundry area with a washing machine.
Upstairs, a shower room, 3 large bedrooms with double beds, and 1 children's bedroom with two single beds.
Outside, a large outdoor area with trees, swimming pool heated according to the season and shared (only with our 2 children, it remains occasional and it is done with a lot of common sense), deckchairs, parasols, barbecue are at your disposal.
The use of the swimming pool is exclusively reserved for the tenants of the cottage, outsiders are not allowed on the aquatic area.
The minimum stay is 4 days in low season and one week in high season.
An access to a greenway is nearby to go towards Dinard.
Pets are not allowed.

The accommodation was fantastic. Everything was very clean, there was plenty of space, and the pool was magnificent and very well-maintained. The grounds are also beautifully landscaped. I would book it again anytime. Very nice hosts.

Property was great, much larger than photos credit. Beautiful garden space and heated pool a real bonus. Only 5 mins plus to three supermarket options and 10 mins into beautiful Dinan.Ideal for families and enough space for mixed groups. Garden was great for young children.Carole and Sebastian were great hosts and available if needed.Highly recommend
