A great location in a charming town

The apartment was spacious and the location on the port was very pretty. Having a parking space was a plus. It was a few minutes drive to the historic sites, shops, and restaurants. The area is very pretty.

The lighting, especially in the bathroom, was poor and the couch was uncomfortable because the cushions slide forward as soon as they are sat on. Basic items like hand soap and shower gel were not provided. General information like where to buy groceries would have been helpful especially since we were not greeted by the host.

Driving access to the laneway and parking is challenging, but you get used to it. Can be a bit noisy early morning with delivery trucks if you have windows open.

Beautiful setting

This property is situated in a beautiful location, right on the river Rance with a view of the remparts. It is quiet and peaceful, but a number of bistros and good restaurants are very close by. Old town is within 15 minutes walk albeit somewhat steeply uphill. The apartment is clean and comfortable with most kitchen amenities. The shower is hot with good pressure. The wifi is reliable. Welcome gifts comprising local cookies as well as cereal boxes for kids were waiting for us on the kitchen table.

Access to the building requires a code and it took several tries with a call to the owner to make it work. There are also a few items that could have been included: There was no hand soap in the kitchen or bathroom, not enough toilet paper, and only five coffee pods had been provided for two of us staying four nights.

Beautiful views

This apartment had everything we needed for our 3 day stay in Dinan. It was comfortable, attractive and well equipped, and has a private car park. The views from the living areas are really beautiful, overlooking the river and town, and the apartment is close to many cafes, bars, etc. Our host, Edouard, could not have been more accommodating and helpful. His advice about things to do and see was immensely useful and he is extremely approachable. Thanks Edouard, for a great stay. We would not hesitate to recommend your apartment to others.

Perfect stay for our one-week-vacation.

Location of the appartement: Perfect. Close to the river. Close to a lot of restaurants. A short walk into the city. The appartement: Perfect; beds, furniture, everything is fine. The appartement is prepared for everything: self-cooking (lots of dishes!, cleaning machine, washin mashine, etc, etc...) The owner of the appartement: Perfect: Very nice and helpful person. Gave us a lot of ideas to make the best of our vacation. Helped us, when we had a little problem to find a proper garage for our car.

Perfect apartment in perfect location

it was in a fantastic location with great views over the Port of Dinan. The property had parking which was a huge bonus and a private garden. The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Edouard, the owner was friendly and helpful too.

Philippe was extremely friendly and helpful, a delightful host and the area is gorgeous.

Location excellent, very picturesque, overlooking the river with places to eat all around and a boulangerie just up the road. The flat is spotless and well-equipped and with good sized bedrooms and bathroom.

The sitting area was plenty big enough for two but might be a little small for a bigger family.
