This home in Plouer sur Mer was fantastic. From here we were easily able to make visits to other cities and towns. There is a grocery store within walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals (which we did daily). The home was spacious, clean and in a quiet area. It was easy to make the arrangements to stay here, and easy to find. The owners were patient with our lack of ability to speak French. They were able to communicate to us about how to use the stove and other appliances. Overall our stay was most enjoyable and we would return again if in the area.

Very comfortable big house. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, bathrooms in perfect condition, kitchen appliances great. Despite the fact that we arrived late, the owners were waiting for us, welcomed us and showed us around the house. Plenty of parking, nice little garden with chairs, table, even barbecue.

Excellent restored large home in a great location. Very comfortable with four sleeping areas which allow privacy. Large, well equipped kitchen. Nice outside garden patio area. The house is large enough to have separate rooms for sitting or games as a family might want. Near popular destinations including St. Malo, Dinard, Dinan, and many others. Highly recommended. Excellente grande maison restaurée dans un excellent emplacement. Très confortable avec quatre zones de couchage qui permettent la vie privée. Grande cuisine bien équipée. Belle terrasse jardin extérieur. La maison est assez grande pour avoir des pièces séparées pour s'asseoir ou jouer à des jeux en famille. Près des destinations populaires, y compris Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan et beaucoup d'autres. Hautement recommandé.

This is a wonderfu home and Julien was a great host. The house is charming, with loads of character and all modern amenities. Plouër-sur-Rance is a lovely village and was a great base for exploring Saint-Malo, Mont St. Michel, etc. Just wish we could have stayed longer! Many thanks!

Le propriétaire est très sympathique, la maison est très confortable, très bien équipée. Jolie petit village très bien situé pour sillonner du Mont-Saint- Michel en passant par Dinan, Dinard, Saint-Malo chaque destination étant en moyenne à 25mn. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Maison confortable et atypique, environnement très calme . La situation est idéale si on veut éviter la cohue de ST Malo et Dinard l’été, sinon il faut à tout prix découvrir le Tour de Rance et la côte d’émeraude: EXCEPTIONNEL . L’hôte est très sympathique, ce gite est à découvrir, un petit effort sur la propreté pour que cela soit parfait….

Nous avons été conquis par le charme de cette maison très spacieuse, décorée avec goût et parfaitement située. Julien est très sympathique et disponible. La maison est bien parfaitement équipée (cuisine, jeux de société, Wifi, Netflix...) Bref, on se sent comme dans une maison de famille et on passe un superbe séjour!

Das Haus befindet sich in einem recht kleinen Ort direkt an der Kirche in der Ortsmitte. Der Bäcker ist 2min entfernt. Der Supermarkt ca. 5min mit dem Auto. Das Haus ist für 6 Personen ausgelegt und hat 4 (!!!) Toiletten und 2 (!!!) Wohnzimmer. Es ist wahnsinnig viel Platz und super ausgestattet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Les vélos promis n'étaient pas là, difficile d'en louer dans le secteur. Fermeture à revoir des salles de bains à l'étage. Point de départ idéal pour de magnifiques promenades au bord de la Rance.

Das Haus ist sehr groß und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschirr und ähnliches war im Übermaß vorhanden, der Grill im kleinen Garten war gut, auch der Herd und der Backofen funktionierten gut. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber, das Haus ist so groß, dass wir fünf uns verteilen konnten, ohne dass wir einander gehört haben. Das Wifi war auch super, was ja gerade für die Kinder entscheidend ist :-). Es gehört ein kleiner Garten zum Haus dazu, so dass wir fast nur draussen gegessen haben. Das Haus liegt an einer kleinen Gasse mitten im Ort, die Kirche ist fast nebenan und läutet ab 7 Uhr morgens. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist das aber nicht zu hören. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, auch als wir nach stundenlangem Stau viel später ankamen als angekündigt. Plouer sur Rance ist sehr gut gelegen, so dass alle Orte gut zu erreichen waren, die wir besuchen wollten, wie Dinah, St. Malo oder auch Mont Saint Michel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

La maison est très spacieuse, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et le sens du détail . Elle est très bien équipée, très agréable à vivre.. Tout était parfait. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Mignon village avec une grande surface à proximité. Ballades à pied. Proximité de Dinard et Dinan.

Les propriétaires nous ont beaucoup aidé pour que notre arrivé soit exceptionnel. Tout etait fermé pour le premier de l'année et ils ont récupéré notre épiceries pour qu'elle nous attende et que soit agrémenté notre séjour

Excellent accueil par les propriétaires, très arrangeants et sympathiques. La maison est superbe, très spacieuse! Une belle cheminée pour vous réchauffer, une grande cuisine équipée pour vous régaler et plein de chambres pour vous reposer. Il y a même un petit coin extérieur pour profiter du soleil breton! Le dimanche matin, un petit marché sur la place avec de charmants producteurs locaux! Je recommande très fortement cette location!

La Casa superó nuestras expectativas. En un inicio íbamos a ser mi familia, 4 personas, pero al ver el espacio que había invité a mi hermano que vino con su mujer y niña. Los 7 estuvimos la mar de bien. Todo completísimo, cualquier cosa que necesitábamos la teníamos, pinzas para la ropa, un abridor para las ostras (aquí las toman continuamente), pastillas para el lavaplatos,..., todas las comodidades. En cuanto a las habitaciones, un 10.Enormes, espaciosas, con ropa de cama,toallas, armarios y todo en un ambiente de casa de pueblo, pero acomodada. la sala de la planta baja es ideal, cocina + comedor + sala de estar + aseo + escalera de caracol + todo. y la decoración genial. Hicimos 2 barbacoas una para comer y otra para cenar. Sin duda la recomendaré a amigos que visiten la Bretaña. Ah!!! y a pie de autovia, Ah!!! y cero ruido por las noches, tranquilidad absoluta.
