About this house rental
The house is ideally located for your vacation, between the sea and the Rance River:
- Nearby beaches (La Landriais cove, 300 meters from the house, and Garel, 700 meters away) for swimming and water sports (boards available on-site) and the starting point of the coastal trail (GR34) connecting Dinard to Dinan along the banks of the Rance River.
- 10 minutes from the seaside town of Dinard, 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of St. Lunaire and St. Briac-sur-Mer
- 20 minutes from the ramparts of Saint-Malo and Dinan, a medieval town
- 40 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel
The house, with 115 m² of living space, faces due south. It opens onto a garden of approximately 550 m², featuring an ipe wood deck, patio furniture, and a Weber gas grill.
It includes:
- on the first floor: a spacious, open-concept living-dining area with plenty of natural light and solid oak flooring (including a 140x200 sofa that converts into a bed if needed), a fully equipped kitchen with a central island and a laundry room, a master suite opening onto the garden, and a half-bath
- Upstairs: the central staircase leads to 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate half-bath
A crib, a paddleboard, and 2 bicycles (including 1 electric bike), etc.

We stayed in Chantal’s house which was well equipped and very comfortable even in the very hot weather that we had. Shopping was easy in the next village Pleurtuit ( big supermarket 2 baker’s butcher, small market on Saturday)
