Great stay over Christmas for our family of 5 with ideal location near husband's mum's house. Lovely, spacious house with well-equipped lounge and secure garden for the dog. Bedrooms and bathrooms are good. Would definitely stay again.

A great stay over Christmas for our family of 5. Location ideal as near husband’s mum’s house. Lovely house with very spacious lounge and well equipped. Plus secure garden meant we could take the dog. Kitchen a bit tight for cooking but we knew that and managed. Good bedrooms and bathrooms - sloping ceilings can be a little limiting but give character. Would definitely stay again.

A good sized, well equipped house with a big garden (our dogs had a great time!) in an amazing location close to the Rance estuary. Large comfy lounge, 2 good bathrooms, small but adequate kitchen, washing machine & Nespresso a plus. Good base to explore the area (St. Malo, Dinan, Cancale, Cap Fréhel). Local villages of Pleurtuit & La Richardais very convenient - note there is pretty much nothing in Minihic.House needs some attention. Basement bedroom & bathroom are damp, cold & could smell mould. Upstairs bedrooms unbearably hot when temperature goes over 25, need better blinds and fans/cooling system. Overall cleaning not great; had to unblock kitchen sink drains on day 1 and clean fridge. Lots of dust & spider webs. Ant problem in basement bedroom and around front door we had to deal with. Bbq was filthy & no tools. Garden furniture cheap, uncomfortable plastic and needs replacing with something better. Sun shade needed.
