About this house rental
Family house of 150 m², located at the entrance to the village of Trigavou, ideally located between Dinard and Dinan.
Only 13 minutes from the beaches of the Emerald Coast — Lancieux, Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, Saint-Briac-sur-Mer — and about 45 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, the house is perfect for enjoying the sea, the Breton countryside and the many activities in the area.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people and a baby.
On the first floor:
A fully equipped kitchen
A warm living room and kitchen-dining room, with fireplace and insert
A bathroom + separate toilet
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1: 140 cm bed and spacious storage space
Bedroom 2: two 90 cm beds
Bedroom 3: 160 cm bed, divisible into two 80 cm beds.
A playroom for children, with games, books and DVDs
On the second floor:
Bedroom 4 with king-size bed, divisible into two 90 x 190 cm beds on request
This room is equipped with a mobile air conditioner with Velux exhaust.
We provide you with many baby equipment:
Travel cot, High chair, Changing table, Baby bath, Bouncer, Babycook, Child-friendly crockery
The fully enclosed garden is perfect for families with children. Here you will find:
A covered terrace, garden table, deckchair, A barbecue, A swing, A badminton net, Outdoor games: Mölkky, Breton shuffleboard...
We leave our 6 bikes: 4 adult bikes, 1 teenage bike, 1 children's bike
Bicycles are equipped with locks. Helmets and lights are not provided.
The cycle path is only 20 metres from the house and allows you to reach the greenway and the shops in a few minutes.
By bike, it takes about 30 minutes to reach the beach of Lancieux or the banks of the Rance.
Up to 3 cars on the closed parking lot and a garage.

A large well equiped house in a very beautiful part of Brittany with its own garden and parking. The north coast with its stunning coastline is within 20minutes away to the north and Dinan only 12 minutes to the south. There are plenty of toys for the children, a BBQ and games for the garden, a perfect choice for a family holiday. We loved everything about it!

We loved staying here over Christmas. The house is great, I don’t think the photos do it justice. The open fires were lovely and even without those lit the house was very warm. The garden is a really good size it’s safe and all enclosed for the dogs. Plenty of off road parking too. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We hope to return in 2024.
