We had a perfect stay in Saint-Suliac! The location couldn’t be better—we walked to the grocery store, bakery, ice cream shop, and the beach every day. It was so convenient and made it easy to settle into a relaxing routine. The village itself is beautiful and peaceful, and it was also a great base for exploring the surrounding area. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot!

We really enjoyed our stay in Saint-suliac. The house is even better than shown at the pictures. Very spacious, well equipped and in the centre of the village. Restaurants, bars, supermarket and bakery within two minutes walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quirky house, which so convenient for the boulangerie and the epicerie as well as the port area and sailing club. Very many thanks to Ruth for not only arranging for the safe storage of our sailing dinghy at the club nautique but also for waiting for us to arrive and giving us such a warm welcome, when we were delayed by the heavy traffic in the north of France. It was so lovely to be able to be back in France after 2 1/2 years absence. Just a tip for other guests - if you arrive after 20:00, the restaurants are likely to be "complet" and so make sure you have enough supplies for an evening meal. The dishwasher could do with replacement or at least a new cutlery container. The church bells are also a force to be reckoned with but we loved it and will be back!

The house was welcoming and felt like home the moment we stepped into the charming courtyard garden that serves as the transition entrance from the street to the house. We had everything we needed and more, including an excellent selection of CDs for listening and a wall of books just begging to be read. Because our visit was off-season, restaurant availability in town was limited, but between the small grocery steps away and the bakery up the hill, we were always well stocked and had fun cooking for ourselves. There is an extensive trail system in the area that we only managed to hike a fraction of. I can't wait for the chance to return and explore more. I recommend the house, the host, and the location highly.

Charming, comfortable and great location for our group of 2 parents, 2 kids and 2 grandparents. Walk to everything. Park the car and forget about it. Quiet, lovely private outdoor space, room for everyone to spread out, nap, watch the soccer match, eat meals or play games together at the large dining room table. Very family friendly. Ruth was very helpful and available if needed (which we didn't!). Love to go back some day.

Amazing house, beautiful village

This is an amazing house! We spent a week in July 2013 in St. Suliac; with 5 children and it was a great experience. The seaside is only a few minutes away and give many hours of fun and relaxation. The house is well equipped and we felt immediately at home - great opportunities for small as weel as adults to relax, chill out in front of the fire place or to just enjoy life in the cosy garden.

A very nice house with lots of charm. Lots of nice details in the decor. The house was very clean upon arrival and in the pantry were also quite a few reserves, well if you arrive on the weekend. But only 2 minutes away there was a small supermarket and only a few meters away, a bakery, both of which were open every day. We felt very welcome, as if the homeowner is out of town and gives us his house for a few nice holidays. The equipment is fully in the description of the property. Very suitable for families. The connection of Saint Suliac to the next highway is very good. We can watch a lot of us here. Recommendation: St Malo, Dinan, Etretat and the Morbian.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours à St Suliac. Tout d’abord, superbe surprise en arrivant: magnifique petit port plein de charme juste en bas de la rue. Idéalement situé à 30 min du Mont St Michel et proche de Cancale. Concernant l’hôte, très agréables échanges et procédure d’arrivée et de départ parfaite. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement!

Nous avons passé un week-end vraiment très agréable à Saint-Suliac. La maison de Ruth est magnifique, à deux pas du petit port de plaisance. Idéalement situé, nous avons pu faire les sentiers de randonnée longeant la Rance. Très gentille, la propriétaire répond rapidement et est disponible. Nous espérons revenir rapidement dans ce petit coin de bonheur !

Maison de famille bien équipée conforme aux photos. On s'y sent comme chez nous. Un étage complet pour des grands enfants (car escaliers et mezzanine) et une chambre pour les plus jeunes à l'étage des parents. On peut décharger temporairement devant la maison mais il faut se garer plus loin sur les emplacements zone bleue (pas de limite horaire et non payants). Nous avons toujours trouvé facilement une place à côté de la maison. Enfin emplacement idéal pour aller à Saint Malo, Dinard, Dinan et Mont Saint Michel. La propriétaire Ruth à été très attentive au respect des consignes sanitaires en cours. Encore merci pour votre accueil !

Wunderbare Lage des Hauses. Angenehmes Ambiente. Alles Wichtige ist im Haus vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch wenn das Auto nicht vor dem Hause steht ( auch mit dem Parken kann man sich arrangieren ) ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank!

We had a perfect stay in this house (5 adults). The old house is very well maintained and equipped and it is in every respect very charming. We've been very lucky with the weather, so we stayed a lot in the small but nice front yard, also we have been a lot swimming in the Rance (sea) and walking through the village and its surroundings. The house is in the middle of Saint-Suliac, and literally everything is in walking distance. The only thing we had to realize: The house is located at the "main street" of the village, and in high season, it's a busy little road also at night. Last but not least: Ruth is a great host, very helpful and responsive to any question we might have. We are looking forward to our next stay!
