A stylish and comfortable apartment close to all amenities.

The apartment was in a great location very close to shops, bars and restaurants and yet only a very short walk to the historic centre. Chez Audrey was spacious comfortable, clean and lovely and warm and our bed was very comfortable. We had lots of space inside and out and I even sat on the decking in the sunshine for a while. We enjoyed cooking and there was a good range of cutlery, crockery and cookware. It was an added bonus to have parking behind the property. From here you can easily explore Saint Malo, Dinard, Combourg and Cancale. There are lovely walks along the Rance in both directions and a great Thursday market. Audrey was an excellent host, very informative and helpful.

I really missed a bread knife and a strong vegetable knife.

Perfect location for a stay in Dinan.

This property was the perfect location for us, within walking distance of the town Centre and the sports complex where we needed to be. The property is very welcoming and very clean. Communication with the host was very responsive. We did not stay long enough to enjoy the deck. We will definitely come back for a longer stay.

it was in a great location and very well equipped. Clean and we only were sorry we couldn’t use that beautiful deck.

The only problem I had was that the parking space for the property was really not accessible for my car. I tried to get in to the parking area and it was so tight that I scraped my car. But other than that, everything was wonderful.

Fabulous apartment in a great location by stores, restaurants, and a short walk to Old Town. Wonderful fully stocked kitchen, beautiful bathroom with a great shower, and comfy beds. Everything a traveler could want plus a large outdoor space to eat and lounge. The apartment is beautifully decorated and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Dinan is delightful and Chez Audrey is perfectly located.

The location is perfect for the grocery store, boulangerie, and restaurants. It is very close to the old town and our walking tour started nearby. Dinan is delightful.

The #5 address was difficult to locate. The entry way is painted black which is not inviting or friendly, but I think it belongs to the first floor occupant. Stairs to Chez Audrey from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor are narrow and spiral - not ideal for schlepping luggage.

Great location. Lovely roof terrace. Decorated to a high standard.

There was the smell of cigarette smoke, perhaps from apartments above or below. But we did get used to it and it was the only thing with otherwise a really fab find.

A really spacious, well decorated apartment. Fabulous terrace with lovely garden furniture that gets sun all day. Very near to old centre.

Gate to parking area is a tight squeeze, we managed and we had a big car....but could be difficult for another driver.

De stijl was mooi en alles zat in het appartement. Fijn verblijf gehad.

De parkeerplaats was best wel even lopen en we hadden veel bagage, waardoor het wel vervelend was als je elke keer heen en weer moest.

Buena ubicación. Con parking. Apartamento muy bonito. Cocina totalmente equipada, camas muy cómodas y una terraza estupenda. El propietario nos atendió rápidamente a unas consultas que le hicimos. Solo pasamos una noche, nos hubiese gustado estar más días allí.

Ottima sistemazione, consigliata

Appartamento attrezzato di tutto e pulito. Ottima posizione e servita di tutto a pochi metri: supermercato e negozi vari. Noi siamo stati una notte ma è ideale anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Carina la terrazza esterna e comodissimi i letti. Consigliato specialmente per chi ha bambini piccoli perché ci sono anche dei giochi per bambini all’interno dell’appartamento.

Manca una presa in bagno oppure non l’ho trovata io. Attenzione per persone con disabili perché ci sono due rampe di scale senza ascensore. Ma a noi non serviva fortunatamente e per noi è stato tutto eccezionale

Très bel appartement aménagé avec goût, tout confort, literie impeccable et magnifique terrasse! À 2 min du centre historique de Dinan avec une place de parking privée en bonus. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec un temps magnifique en plus! Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Appartamento pulito, ben arredato e ben attrezzato. Comodo se si è in tre o quattro per la disponibilità (rara)di due stanze Molto bello e ampio il terrazzo esterno. Parcheggio privato disponibile nelle vicinanze. Proprietaria disponibile e presente.

Forse qualche asciugamano in più sarebbe stato comodo (c'erano tre teli da doccia). Il parcheggio è comodo per chi ha auto medio/piccole, più impegnativo per auto più grandi.

L'appartement est décoré avec goût et confortable. La terrasse est un plus non négligeable. La localisation est idéale à 3mns à peine du quartier piéton historique. A conseiller les yeux fermés et une adresse à mettre d'office dans les favoris.

L’appartement joliment décoré est grand et fonctionnel. Nous avons passé 1 seule nuit très confortable. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu profiter de l’immense terrasse à cause du temps.

L’entrée du parking est très étroit et difficile.
