Beautiful location near the port area of Dinan. Recently remodeled three level apartment with a small garage and two outside terraces. Bedrooms are spacious and main bathroom is nice too. Access is on a steep and very picturesque cobbled street and the apartment has three floors connected by stairs. Parking is limited near the port area. Good selection of restaurants there. We had a small car which fit in the garage but getting it in was entertaining! Good spot for those with good mobility. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in cooler weather.
The apartment had nothing to help deal with the unexpected heat wave during our stay. The ground floor stayed cool, but the bedrooms one flight up were very warm. No AC, (not unusual), and no fans, no good cross ventilation. Only option was to sleep with windows wide open and the double rooms face a relatively busy street. Listing could be more informative about the property and parking both public and the garage. Accurate WiFi info needed in apartment.
