Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this authentic 110 m² house in Dinan for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travellers. The house comprises a beautiful 60 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious suites with en suite shower rooms, and a sleeping area.
There is a large enclosed garden planted with trees, and a large wooden terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts, meals and other moments of conviviality and relaxation.

- An open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc., with dining area (table seating 10)

First floor:
- A sleeping area with a sofa bed (120X190)
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe, private shower room, separate WC
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe, private shower room, separate WC

Plancha, iron and ironing board, cot, high chair (baby), on request.

- A space dedicated to rest and relaxation is available with the jacuzzi shared with the tenants of the "LYS'TOIRE" gîte, which can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and is forbidden to minors.

The house is ideally located in Dinan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Nearest airport: Rennes (approx. 50 min by car)
- Private parking on site (up to 3 vehicles)
