We stayed here for 5 nights and all inclusive of breakfast, lunch, dinner and all drinks and beverages. We think it’s all worth it. No hassle, no stress with few discounts included on spa massage and free non-motorized water activities.
Nusa Dua is a place to stay in Bali for we did not get Bali bug/ Bali belly for they used filtered water around the hotel.
Staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful specifically Widia and Meysa (trainee) in buffet area and an all smile Ari Pratama in Jukung seafood and grill restaurant. This restaurant is mainly our favourite wherein it serves the best seafood dishes. Thank you to all the chef and bar staff there, they really made our stay very special. Some staff also that served us exceptionally at night are Guyana, Wahyu, Adi and Yeni.
The facilities and the pools are all clean and well maintained. The gaming area is good too.
The Balinese dancers and band singers are great. We enjoyed watching their performance and listening to their music.
The spa and massage are well presented. The therapist are so friendly and professional specifically Dina and her young assistant.
The people in charged of water activities are doing an excellent job and making sure everyone is safe. They are like professional photographer too. Thank you to all of them.
There are some flies and bees flying around.
The hotel building we stayed in are outdated and old such as the aircon, doors, toilet and shower.
The lifts/elevators are outdated, no aircon and too small.
The food in the buffet area are average and sometimes cold with flies around.
The dart board is pinned too high. Not an ideal height for a dart board play.

The hotel is beautifully situated, close to the beach, and has a bright, accessible pool. It's perfect for families with children. It's great that there's also an adults-only pool. The food is very good and varied. But what deserves recognition is the staff.

Good people, great food, good evening program, lots of umbrellas for rain:)
The hotel is not bad, but for me it was a huge problem with smoking. It is allowed to smoke near the kids swimming pool, why??? The hotel have pool for only adults, why you can not make the smoking and no smoking area? We want to stay in the fresh air and not breathing the smoke!
The beach is dirty, the hotel is near the water sport, so it is almost impossible to swim.
Taxi is 3 times expensive than in reality ( i can understand 2 times for service, but 3 times is a lot) Also on booking it was written that we supposed to get the 100 usd for the spa, we got only 30 usd. All of this spoil the impression.
