Awesome experience as our first visit to Bali

We stayed here for 5 nights and all inclusive of breakfast, lunch, dinner and all drinks and beverages. We think it’s all worth it. No hassle, no stress with few discounts included on spa massage and free non-motorized water activities. Nusa Dua is a place to stay in Bali for we did not get Bali bug/ Bali belly for they used filtered water around the hotel. Staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful specifically Widia and Meysa (trainee) in buffet area and an all smile Ari Pratama in Jukung seafood and grill restaurant. This restaurant is mainly our favourite wherein it serves the best seafood dishes. Thank you to all the chef and bar staff there, they really made our stay very special. Some staff also that served us exceptionally at night are Guyana, Wahyu, Adi and Yeni. The facilities and the pools are all clean and well maintained. The gaming area is good too. The Balinese dancers and band singers are great. We enjoyed watching their performance and listening to their music. The spa and massage are well presented. The therapist are so friendly and professional specifically Dina and her young assistant. The people in charged of water activities are doing an excellent job and making sure everyone is safe. They are like professional photographer too. Thank you to all of them.

There are some flies and bees flying around. The hotel building we stayed in are outdated and old such as the aircon, doors, toilet and shower. The lifts/elevators are outdated, no aircon and too small. The food in the buffet area are average and sometimes cold with flies around. The dart board is pinned too high. Not an ideal height for a dart board play.

Bintang was not part of all inclusive which is a shame. Bintang and Bintang radlers adding to the all inclusive menu would be great!

Fantastic resort All Inc well worth it, so much choice for food and drinks, love that laundry is included, loved all of the restaurants and that mini bar was included and replenished daily. loved that room service was included. beautiful pool and beach front

Relaxing holiday spot, made better by attentive and friendly staff.

We have stayed at the Grand Mirage Resort five times. We find that the friendliness of the staff makes this a place we will be going back to. Everyone we encountered was pleasant, helpful and friendly. In particular we would like to acknowledge the courteous and congenial members of staff that we have come to know well. Khrishna, Suda, Widya and Dwi from the Grand Cafe, Yeni and Ari from the Jukung Seafood restaurant. Wira the concierge and Jonathan at reception. Toni and Pratista at the bar next to Jukung Restaurant. In addition,the atmosphere is relaxing and there is a wide variety of food choices.

As we booked through booking.com they would not honour the transport to the Airport or the voucher for the one free watersport which was disappointing as the booking states all inclusive.

Our stay was perfect for a young family and we will definitely visit again

Everything about the hotel was perfect for us and our 1 year old child. The food was all fantastic, the staff were extremely friendly and all interacted beautifully with our child. The facilities had everything we needed. The activities provided gave us an insight into the local Balinese culture and the entertainment in the Rama live was wonderful. We had 4 spa treatments which were all fantastic and very relaxing. The water sports team were very friendly.

There were building works being carried out but we could see these were necessary and didn't affect our visit.

Exceptionally amazing!

Grand mirage hotel and its own Thalassa spa is one of the sort after and most highly recommended spa and hotel to visit. The manager Yudhi and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in every way and ensured every detail of the service was provided in an excellent and exceptional manner. Thalassa spa is a must recommended visit to experience true Balinese luxurious spa service, I booked two distinct spa packages of which I was guided through the service in detail by a wonderful customer service staff member by the name of Mariani followed by two friendly beauty therapist named Kusuma and Suryani who showed so much care and tender for the amazing packages I had selected. I will surely visit Grand mirage resort and their luxurious Thalassa spa in my next visit to Bali as it has provided me with true Balinese cultural experience and luxurious comfort. Good hotel, but there are some big problem

Good people, great food, good evening program, lots of umbrellas for rain:)

The hotel is not bad, but for me it was a huge problem with smoking. It is allowed to smoke near the kids swimming pool, why??? The hotel have pool for only adults, why you can not make the smoking and no smoking area? We want to stay in the fresh air and not breathing the smoke! The beach is dirty, the hotel is near the water sport, so it is almost impossible to swim. Taxi is 3 times expensive than in reality ( i can understand 2 times for service, but 3 times is a lot) Also on booking it was written that we supposed to get the 100 usd for the spa, we got only 30 usd. All of this spoil the impression.
