Everything was perfect, from the arrival at the hotel to the end this morning.
The reception staff was very nice , explained everything needed to know about the place.
The room , was very nice and cosy , The bathroom was good with a nice bath and shower ( good pressure)
We had dinner in the restaurant,
The food was very nice and Aaron our waiter was very nice and professional.
Breakfast was very good , lots of choice with a buffet.
We will definitely come back

Staff were outstanding and food was very good
Gym and pool facilities could have been better. Ladies changing room for pool was smelly probably due to dirty nappies not being emptied.

The property is in a great location, the hotel bar area and restaurant are lovely, the food was delicious
The property is in a great location, the hotel bar area and restaurant are lovely but as with old properties that are hotels the rooms were very very tired, and screams for a coat of emulsion or touch ups here and there, but again another 4 star hotel that doesn’t do regular maintenance.
We were in room 203 the bathroom sink is severely cracked and tried to be covered by shoddy maintenance, the whole second floor in its entirety creaks constantly bedrooms and corridors, scuff marks on the walls but again nothing that emulsion wouldn’t cover, the outside window sill covered in moss
