Outstanding value for money

We did not stay very long this time (justvone night and really just for the time to sleep), but everything went smoothly and as expected and especially the value for money was outstanding

Lovely room, lovely staff and breakfast.

Location, decor, clean and the staff were very friendly.

Parking! We were never informed that we could use the Sheffield United car park. The email sent to me indicated that the only spaces that could be used were outside the hotel. That resulted in a stressful panic search for somewhere else to park.

Didn’t get the room type we paid for

Clean and tidy, nice decor Great location

Very disappointed that we didn’t get the room type that I had paid for. Paid for a twin and when we got to the property there weren’t any left so we were offered a double room. Felt we couldn’t say no as we had been travelling for 3 hours and it was late to find any where else. Probably won’t use this chsin again

Overall it was good stay for business traveller.

Staff are very nice and helpful for first time visitor in town. Food is good, room is clean. The charge equipment for 3C devices is convenient. The interior of whole building is designed to lower noise, very nice for business traveller.

Stay for 4 nights, breakfast is same for every day. Unlike other Hilton hotels, the table and chair is not suitable for business working in room, and the light is too dark for work.

The staff at breakfast were extremely polite, approachable and friendly. Made the whole breakfast experience comfortable.

Breakfast and comfy bed.

Arrived at 5pm Sunday evening left at 9am Tuesday morning and had to pay £45 for parking. On arrival inside and outside was full of football fans smoking. Entire stay for 2 adults and 1 child had 1 toilet roll in our bedroom. Also had to pay £10 for 2 bottles of water as apparently tap water was “unavailable”

Our stay was pleasant and relaxing.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, our room was very nice, I would stay there in the future but most probably wouldn't eat my meals in the hotel.

We didn't have breakfast, we eat our evening meal in the restaurant, it was disappointing, for the price of the ribeye steak , it wasn't the best , the deserts were terrible, a member of staff deducted the cost for 1 of them.

Cant think of anything really but if someone is coming back intoxicated to there hotel room they might find it hard to locate there door like a maze but obcourse thats not your responsibility.

Great location for the football and not too far to walk to other restaurants etc

The property still had a nice new feeling to it. I don’t know when it was built but it was a good place. The furniture and decor in our room was good.

Upon waking up on our first morning there was only one normal tea bag, and two green tea. It was disappointing that this wasn’t checked, On the 2nd morning there was very little shower gel in the container but thankfully I had brought some of my own which I always do just in case. We were in room 419 so you might want to get that checked. Lastly, one of the small towels was quite tatty, it looked like someone had played tug of war with it!

Great hotel but let down by poor Hilton-level breakfast

Very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is very good, the breakfast staff were genuinely caring and the reception team were friendly and helpful. The hotel is brand new, my room was freshly renovated and spotless, and the bathroom was extremely clean. All positive so far, but…

…and here comes the “but.” For a Hilton, the food was a bit of disappointment. Breakfast felt cheap and low quality. The scrambled eggs were watery and bland, the fried eggs tasted like they had never seen butter, and the mushrooms were the same. The orange juice tasted like it was made from powder. The bread selection was basic with no fresh baguettes. Coffee - no comment. No drinking water in the room. You pay a premium price to stay here, yet the hotel is clearly cutting corners on ingredients instead of offering a proper breakfast experience. This is not the standard you expect from Hilton. It is time to change the cook and invest in better quality products, or be honest and call it a budget hotel.

Comfortable rooms, all staff always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast good choice and spacious dining room.
