perfect house and cockermouth is a pleasant town with loads of indy shops

Highly recommend, ideal location, great amemities
An ideal location for a stroll in to the village or a base to drive further a field to explore lakes. The property has everything you would require for a short weekend or longer and as a family of five it felt like home from home!

Perfect home away from home
Thanks the landlady for making us so welcome when we arrived, seeing the card and fruits and wine there. The house is centrally located (3 min walk to the high street, 2 min walk to Sainsbury’s) and overlooking the beautiful river and trees. The house is clean, with everything working. All the rooms are well equipped. My favorite were the front garden and the electric fireplaces. The landlady and landlord were super helpful throughout the weekend. I appreciate the love and care they put into the house and making the guest experience perfect.
